FDisaster Team IncDamage more than was repaired day 1.Having xcons alone in our home unsepervised.I was told they was bonded and had back checks on each of there employees by a supervisor of the Disater Team.Would go days no contact or employes showing up to work on our home.Drove there company truck off in our fish pond and much more it was like hiring kids.We also had a issue of fire arm being stolen and recovered by owensboro ky police dept.Insurance company paid way to much money for the jobs these guys contracted out.We fired them for all the **** we went threw with this company.We have had to fix and repair the bad jobs we received.If you look at the rating on other sites I notice Contractors they hire are rating them not customers they did work for.You can tell the real ratings.The only good came out of this mistake of hiring the DisasterTeam I know who to never hire or recommend.Beware dont use or poor half a## work.- Barry H.

APuroClean of LexingtonWe had flooding in the basement of our home due to sump pump going out during a large storm. We discovered the issue on the weekend and did not know what to do. A neighbor said that they worked 24/7 and recommended their services. They arrived in less than two hours (they are over 45-minutes from my location) and got right to work. They had the water removed very quickly and had the entire basement dried out within three days. Jalen and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. AAqua LockI could not possibly rate Aqua Lock any higher! They were responsive from the start, very professional, and kept in touch throughout the entire process. The employees always showed up on time, and kept everything neat and clean when they left. Once the system was installed, the owner himself returned to go over the process with me and answer any of my questions. Perhaps the best part? Aqua Lock guarantees a radon reading of 2.7 pCi/L or lower, which is the World Health Organization's guide, even though most companies go by the EPA's acceptable guideline of 4.0 pCi/L. Aqua Lock reduced our radon reading from 3.7 to .5 pCi/L. We were completely impressed with this company, and would highly recommend them for all radon mitigation, basement waterproofing, and mold removal jobs!- Jessica B.

AIsidro and his crew removed the mold and applied a paint that will keep the mold from re-forming. Isidro also determined that we would need new gutters to prevent the problem from happening again. We had known the gutters were in bad shape and we also knew the leaky gutters were probably causing problems with moisture so we went ahead and hired Isidro's company to remove the old gutters and replace them with new gutters. Isidro always took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. His crew was hard-working and friendly. We are so happy with the results! We have no signs of mold in the basement and the gutters are doing their job. It is also nice to have attractive gutters now.

FMissed appointment. Called next day ?? to reschedule. Cannot remember. I wasn't able to make appointment, but wife showed up. The person who showed spent quite a bit of time walking the home, should have brought cleaning supplies, half would have been done. The person gave the speal of what they do. My wife tried to tell her what we would like done and person wanted to dispute what we want done. Never got a bid??? Haven't heard from them to this day. Verbal was 2 or 3 days (2 or 3 people) So my guess is very high!?!
