The project went well from beginning to end. They returned all calls and emails as quickly as possible and kept me updated on the project's start date. Once construction began they moved quickly to complete the project in only three days. The quality of the work performed clearly demonstrated the crew had years of experience. This project turned half of a backyard into a beautiful patio area for entertaining. Once the project was complete the crew cleaned and removed all debris generated by the construction project. When the crew departed from the project they made the patio look like it had always been a part of the backyard.

    Nalley Lawn Services and More
I cant say enough about Josh Nalley Lawn Service! It was a tough job but Josh said he could do it, and he did. He had to do one more small job with a different blade which he didnt have with him. When he came back he not only finished but did more, as well. In the beginning I thought his price was a bit high but his work made it well worth every penny. What's not to like, prompt, good work, self-directed, honest work for top notch results. I am hiring him for more jobs.

    Nalley Lawn Services and More
All I have to say is I am glad I called them. I initially sought out recommendations for Lawn care service on Facebook on one of my Groups and Mrs. Nalley contacted me with interest in the job and we went from there. Mr. Nalley was very thorough and knowledgeable about the work we needed him to do. There was a lot of work that needed to be done to get it ready for our new fence. He also went above and beyond his duty to make sure we were pleased with his work.  He also saved us quite a bit of money by removing our old fence for us at the same time. Service time took a day longer than anticipated due to the weather but other than that he did a wonderful job.

I’ve been using them for years. They do good work. They are top-notch people. The one fellow is kind of a head honcho with the team that comes with a help and his name is Tim. Tim is always very polite, friendly and professional. They left everything cleaned up. Nothing was out of place. It’s the way we like it. They are not cheap.

It didn't happen. I never did hear back from the representative of the company who was suppose to do complete the work. The correspondence through email was slow, and I grew impatient after a while and wanted my money back.

Pat was honest with me about what it would take to fix this problem.  I have some mechanical knowledge and could not figure out what was causing the problem, but he was able to find the problem and give me an honest report of what it would cost to fix.

I was afraid it might be more than the value of the mower itself due to its age.  He agreed with me on this, plus informed me that the mower's engine was no longer made and parts would be hard to find.  The labor required to do the repair (if parts could be located) would involve a complete engine tear down.
I agreed with him that this was not worth the money; he charged me $10 for the service, and disposed of the mower for me.  He did not even mention to me the purchase of a new mower from him (although I considered it, he didn't have a small push type power motor available, and I had already decided to get a Cub Cadet based on a Consumer Reports rating).

They are so busy that if I take an expensive lawn mower in for service they would be two weeks late in getting it done.  They stay packed up and overbooked by weeks.  The quality of their work is adequate with nothing over the top.  They are good people who are friendly to deal with but they work on a first come- first serve basis no matter what my mower needs.  I will have to wait for my turn before anyone is going to touch my equipment.   They did what they were told to do but it just made me mad that I had to wait almost two weeks to get my almost brand new lawn mower back especially since my grass needed to be cut.  I would have to use them again in the future since they are the local dealer for my mower.

arrived day scheduled even though weather lousy.  Work done VERY professionally and rapidly.  Cleanup was top notch .  Work what you would expect for Arborists.  These are not guys in pick-ups with chain saws so dont expect those prices.  You get what you pay for.  Work well worth price.
