    They cracked the top of my windshield. I asked them to check the washer fluid. I think they said I needed a little bit. They didn't have any washer fluid and I had to wait for it to be delivered. I would not use them again.

    They are my local Ford Dealership and I am pissed off with them. The last time that I took my car to them to have new tires they insisted on me having my car taken to them at eight in the morning and when I called them back at three in the afternoon to see if my car was ready, they had just started on it. I asked them what the deal was and why they made my bring my car in at eight in the morning if they were not going to start on it until after I called them, they replied saying that they take care of people who stay with their vehicles first. I thought this was a bunch of crap especially since they told me to take my car in at eight in morning which cause inconvenience for me having to do without my car all day long. They apologized for it and did get my car finished but I had to pick it up only right before they closed their doors at around six in the evening. I could have had use of my car at least till three if they had told me to take it in only at that time. They told me that this was their normal everyday service procedure which I think is poor customer service. Outside the customer service area everything was fine and I thought they were very competitive on their pricing of the tires. They were also above completive with their quality but the customer service was really pretty sorry.

    I had a negative experience with a dishonest person there. He over quoted the price, and when I questioned him about it, he explained that it was how they did things. It didn't seem right, so I went and called the dealer and found that he had doubled the price. He quoted me two hours of work for the service, and I sat there and waited for it to happen and it didn't take two hours. I asked him to adjust the price since it hadn't taken that long but he refused. I called the dealer from my car and asked him as to how much it would have cost if I had gone to them, and you expect a dealer to be more expensive than anywhere else but he quoted me $60 less. I told them that and they gave me a $50 refund with an apology.
