    Tech-Tune Inc. Auto Service Center
Absolutely horrible business! Do NOT take your vehicle there to be serviced!!! I took my vehicle there this morning for a simple oil change and while I was there they said that the lights next to my license plate were not working and stated that to fix/replace it it would cost an additional $14 which I said was fine and to do it. I left there and ran some errands before going home. I was home for about an hour before I had to pick up my son from school and when I went outside there was a huge oil/fluid spill under my vehicle. I got in and went to head to pick up my son and called Tech Tune immediately to let them know and they said to go back home and not to drive it and that they would send a tow truck. I'm fine if they made a mistake and were going to fix it, however, they (Lee/Jimmy) are stating that it wasn't oil and that it was transmission fluid and that they had notated my receipt of the issue yet never said a word to me. That my hoses had out of the blue busted and caused the leak despite not having any previous issues in the past. I explained to them that I have a regular mechanic that works on my vehicle that hasn't said anything in regards to any leaks and that the only reason I brought it to Tech Tune was because it was so cold out and didn't want to inconvenience hime. I spoke to my mechanic who is aware of the shady dealings they have in regards to trying to upcharge for unnecessary repairs and he stated that leaks weren't an issue before. I've only had my oil changed at Tech Tune and my mechanic for the last several years and NONE of my receipts from Tech Tune indicated an oil leak. But (BAM) out of the blue my vehicle has issues after getting an oil change and they conveniently notated on my receipt that there was an oil leak but didn't tell me ...yet let me know about the lights on my license plate not working??? They are stating that where they worked on the vehicle was no where close the those hoses. Their response was that they notated on my receipt about the leak which absolves them of responsibility. Big scam if I have ever heard of one!!! I will NEVER be back and will be pursing legal remedies! Stay away from these CROOKS!!!! Update: Now they won't let my mechanic (who went with another mechanic) to look at it without paying for the towing fee. And they stated that they didn't care if I never brought my vehicles there to be repaired they just wanted their money for the tow.

Fuel pump needing replacing and bad gas drained. Work was done promptly and I thought economically and the vehicle runs fine.

They are great. They are honest. They find out what is wrong with the car and fix it in a professional manner. They keep cars on the road for people with financial difficulties. I have used them for over twenty years.

He is awesome. He is extremely reasonable and honest. If he tells me something's wrong with my car, I can take it to the bank. He doesn't charge me to get money and doesn't tell me things that are wrong but are not. My son's car was taken to Midas in Bowling Green, and Midas told us several things that was wrong with it, and it was going to cost us $1500. My son-in-law told us about King's Automotive so we took our car to King's and we had the list of all the things that were wrong and it's going to be $1500 to have it fixed. He said he would look at it for a couple of days so we left my son's car with him. He said he didn't see all of that. He said he wasn't sure where they got it and told us what was wrong with it, and it was just going to be $150. He could have come back and said he would charge me $1100, and we would let him fix it because it's $400 less, but he said it's just $150. We have been using him ever since. He would tell us what the part costs and the labor cost and it's always so reasonable. I wonder how he makes money.

I did not have an appointment, and dropped it off. I did some shopping while they worked on it. It took about 40 minutes to complete. I have been using them for at least 15 years.

They fixed the starter on my car when nobody else could get it to do the problem. It was dieing when I was driving, and several other places in town couldn't get it to do it. They acted like I was making it up, but modern automotive kept driving it until it died and then they fixed it. I also really liked how they didn't make me feel stupid, I've had other places ask to talk to my husband instead of me, but they explained everything really well to me. I really appropriated them not treating me like I didn't have a brain.

    Car Tune
They came out to my residence and replaced my radiator on a Sunday afternoon. He allowed me to purchase the parts and referred me to the place nearby with the best price and full lifetime limited warranty. He did an expert job, his price was more than fair and who's ever heard of a mechanic that comes to you, especially on a weekend. It was a true pleasure doing business with Cartune and having just moved to Bowling Green, I no longer need to look for a dependable and affordable mechanic. They have my business locked up tight and I am going to refer them to everyone I know. Many folks are moving here to work for the company where I work and as I get to know them, I'll be sure to tell them where to go when they need auto repair. Nicest folks you'd ever want to meet on top of the expert service.

The purchase was phenomenal.  Grant was my salesman and he did a great job working with me to get additional deals that I was eligible for and sticking with us on a Saturday even though it was close to quitting time.  I have been thoroughly impressed with the team's attention to detail, and when my lease is up in 3 years, I will be purchasing a car from this location again.

I've used Plum Springs Garage on multiple occasions for repairs to my Land Rover Freelander. They always do a great job, but are usually overwhelmed with work. They have a Land Rover guy that is knowledgeable specifically on Land Rovers, which is great, but plan on leaving your vehicle there for a while if it needs any real repair work done. My SUV was there for about a month, but in all fairness the Land Rover guy was out for about 2 weeks of that time (vacation I think). They are very friendly, and always get me fixed up and running again, and never hesitate to answer any of my questions or take the time to explain to me what is going on. Would definitely recommend!
