     they went as far as to sand, stain and seal all the wood work. it even came with a 5 year warranty on all work. the workmanship was superb although the job took a little longer than i think it should have, but it was worth every minute. nice job!!!

    Ice maker had quit working and service man came to ck out what was wrong. He spent approx. 15 to 20 min. trying to fix it with no luck. The motor was totally gone. Was told that he could order one for us at a cost that was close to $200. Since the Fridge is about 12 years old there was no way I was going to pay that much and run the chance of the whole thing going bad. I would just do without. About a week later we received a call from the service man that he had found a used ice maker and would come out and put it in and see if it worked for a fraction of the cost. It's been 2 years and it still works great.

    I would never buy another mattress at Mattress Warehouse. I had 2 mattresses delivered and they both were faulty. They had to come and get them. I almost had problem with them now wanting to take them back, but they were brand new. After using each one only a week they looked like a broken down old mattress. It was like sleeping in a ditch. I think the whole lot of those mattresses were damaged. We did get a third mattress and it has been alright.

    I can’t really stand them. We got a lot of appliances and they would not work with me on them. I know they could have done a lot more on what they did to accommodate me. I recommend you to go elsewhere. My specific problem was we bought a whole bunch of top of the line appliances from them and the washing machine that we bought from them had a chronic problem that it will allow moisture to get in around the computer board which is bad for the washer. Over a period of a couple of years, they repeatedly came and fixed it but I was happy to buy for extended warranty and it was costing me $200 a pop. After the about the 4th time of it being fixed for the exact same thing, I went to their customer service department and literally begged them to take this thing back and give me half what I paid for, for another machine and considered the fact that I bought $25,000 worth of stuff from them. All they offered me was 10% off of the new one. What I did was I quit them and bought a new machine somewhere else. I will not set foot back with them. I even told them that they are losing a customer and they just said that they couldn’t do anything else. I will not buy any appliances from them.

    I've had the loveseat for about 3 years now, and there have been issues with the foot rest and I called them to fix it, and I was told that there was a $50 pick-up/delivery charge, and then a $40 per hour labor charge, plus a 4-week wait time.  The estimated charge was going to be around $200 for the repair.  Apparently the warranty only covers the parts, but not the labor.  I felt mislead and taken advantage of and am rather disgusted with this company.

    They came out originally and took a look at my refrigerator and they ordered the part to fix it. Since then I have not heard from them in about a month and have tried numerous times to contact them. I left them a voice-mail but still no response.

    I went in and was looking at furniture. I saw this lift chair. My girlfriend is a little old, and I was worried about finding the right chair, so I went ahead and bought it. They brought it after the delivered a large entertainment center. When the chair came in though, we found begbugs in it. I made them take the chair back. They said they were going to bring me a new one. They came back with the same chair wrapped in plastic. I could tell because it had the same supports I had taken out removed, and the tags taken off. I said I wasn't going to accept this chair, I wanted a new one, and it needed to be delivered in its box. They did deliver a chair in a ratty, taped up box... it was the same chair! Same tags missing and everything. However, they would not leave with this chair, and made me take it.
