WARNING! BEWARE OF Jeff Diebold "Priced Right Tree & Lawn Service" he told me our maple tree was diseased with boars and there was no cure and the tree would come down one way or another. I thought I signed an estimate because he was so nice and said he was a "christian". I trusted Jeff because he sounded so certain about it. I had a certified arborist look at the tree and found it to be completely healthy. When I called to cancel the agreement, and he had not started work on it yet, Jeff successfully sued me today in small claims court for $719.50 and he has many similar lawsuits and the judge knows him. The judge didn't look at my report from the arborist but only looked at Jeff's paperwork. Jeff Diebold makes most of his living suing people and there were at least a dozen lawsuits on file at the courthouse. I was wrong not to read the fine print but he held the clipboard in both his hands and asked me to sign and I should have taken the clipboard and read the fine print. Jeff Diebold told me his wife was waiting on him so I hurried and signed faster than I should have because I didn't want to keep his wife waiting.

I called requesting snow removal from a business parking lot.  Zack Stevens took the call.  I was quoted a price of $250 an hour for the first snow removal job and $200 an hour on the second occasion.  They arrived 10 minutes after I placed a call for service and took all of 20 minutes to shovel the snow but I was sent a bill for 2 hours labor for each snow removal job.   Including travel time each snow removal job took well under an hour.  It is common to charge a minimum of one hour even if the work takes less than an hour, although I did not explicitly agree to this, but I was fraudulently charged for two hours for each job.  I was intentionally double billed and it was obviously not an oversight.  I called, no reply, filed a better business bureau complaint demanding an apology for the intentional over billing.  Zack Stevens responded to my BBB complaint by lieing - suggesting I agreed to a two hour minimum.  I did no such thing.  I paid them $0 for this work and invited them to file a lawsuit.  Reddi Industries including the blatantly dishonest manager Zack Stevens will attempt to screw you when your not looking.  I related this incident to a former Reddi employee who confirmed that this is standard operating procedure for the sociopathic management.

Everything went very well.  I even had one little thing that I wanted to have done that hadn't been included in the estimate and it was taken care with of with no problem and no objection.  One of the tree guys reminded me that he had come to our house and snow-bladed our driveway last winter.  I not hesitate to use Huff's Service again, either for tree work, or for snow clearing.

When I talked to Mike on the phone the morning after I had left a message the day before to find someone to do the driveway snow removal, he indicated I would be his second job if he done the work. I said OK.
The price would be discussed when he arrived and surveyed the job. After seeing what needed to be done, he said his price would be $120.00 and hour and he should be able to do both drives in approximately 2 hours. (If he had an hourly rate, why wasn't it presented to me on the phone call.)
I said OK and the work began. He had arrived at 11:50 am and his co-worker started unloading an begin working while we discussed his pricing.
By 2:00 PM  they were finished and loaded back up and he was writing out his ticket.
He presented his ticket to me for $320.00 or $160.00 for each driveway and I asked if this was for 2 hours work,
His response was "Yes, as busy as I was yesterday, the price would have been $200.00 and hour."
With the work being done, I paid his bill, and he went on his way. I had no proof of what he had quoted me and felt as if I had to pay his bill.
Yes, I should have had him write down his quote as we discussed, so I've learned my lesson.
With him, it "BUYER BEWARE" for sure.....Always have a written quote.....
