AEXPRESS SEPTIC TANK SVCWe dug up the opening to the tank ourselves for a cost savings. Express Septic came and pumped it out. We were very pleased with their service. The worker was very pleasant and competent in his work. They have a nice, long hose on the truck so they didn't have to drive on the yard. They came when they said and completed the work in a timely manner. Would definitely hire this company again.- Joy C.

ARoto-RooterThey had a two week lead time on cleaning out our septic tank, so we had Express Septic Service clean the septic tank, and then while the tank was still open had Roto Rooter come clean the line from the tank to the house. The were very prompt - same day service - and quoted us a price before starting any work. We were very pleased with their work. Their employee spent a good amount of time cleaning the line and was very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely hire this company again.- Joy C.

FLubber's ExcavatingBefore we moved into our home last July the home's septic tank was replaced. The tank has worked beautifully so far, but the ground around the tank sunk and now we have up to 6ft deep sink holes all around it! You can actually see the tank itself and the old tank that wasn't removed. The previous home owners left us the receipt from the company so we called and asked that they simply bring in more fill dirt to rectify the issue. My husband even said he would fill the holes himself, but the guy he spoke with said no and that the job was done correctly the fist time. Are you kidding me?! We are now in the process of filing a small claim against him to get the holes filled. Our estimates have been over $1000 to fix the holes. Thank goodness no one got hurt when the ground sunk in!- Melina B.

AIt went amazing. I have had Andy do previous work through our home owners insurance. We now call him any time we have any plumbing problem. He is VERY good. He will take your idea and offer suggestions on how to make it better i.e. when we called him on our bathroom remodel. He is very polite, loves dogs (which is a plus for us) and has the most fair prices we have come across. I suggest him to all my friends. Great response time and always fits us in a schedule that works for us. I would give higher than an A if I could. I've never had a service provider this reliable.

CThe first task or replacing a toilette for a remodeled bathroom went excellent, I got more for my money than I spent. They were very professional and courteous. Later when I got them over to assist in stopping a leak for the vanity sink I put in, they came out with no problem and worked for about 10 minutes and installed parts I couldn't get. The sink still leaked. Since then, they've been scheduled twice to come out and work on this "Guaranteed" repair and they've not kept the appointments. I've left many, many, many messages, and if I do get a real person, they hang up. I don't know what the problem is, but I do have numerous plumbing tasks in the future, and at first, I wanted to use them for all the tasks in the old houses and the new one I'm building, but now, I doubt if outside the small claims courtroom I'll ever see them again.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.
