This place will waste significant amounts of your time. I have been a patient for 4 years. In that time I have walked out of the office 2 times because of wait times 1 to 2 hours past appt. time. Last week was scheduled for lab at 8:00am and no one showed up till 8:30 to unlock the doors. Said they had employee meeting on east side. At least 7 other people waiting in their cars waiting. Today, had appt., went in and they stated they had canceled my appt. and moved it out a week without notifying me. Said Doctor had taken off more time for vacation. I fired them this morning.

    Moore, Dr. Angela
Dr Moore is absolutely fantastic. She genuinely cares about her patients. She takes time and even extra time to make sure you are getting what you need. She's always very friendly and has a good sense of humor. She always has wonderful nurses too. I have been seeing her for at least 10 years and don't ever want to change doctors.

Worsening experiences over time, however, I do like my doctor as she is lovely. I don't get to see her as much due to my inability to schedule as often as I should and I was also handed off to PA's upon her promotion. I was told that she only retained "select" patients and "got rid" of the rest. Apparently, I was in the group to be "non-select", which has been very upsetting for me. The staff that handle the front desk check-in area and the "clinic" duties, (such as taking down information to report it to my doctor), are incredibly obnoxious and just absolutely venomous on the phone. Their manners are completely innapropriate and uncalled for. It's truly unbelievable and I actually wonder what they tell my doctor that I say sometimes! When you call, there are no witnesses. I find that when I do go in to deal with things face to face, they are tolerable. It's only when I need to call. They won't receive any more phone calls from me; going forward, I plan to utilize the Via Christi Portal only to ensure that everything is documented correctly. I hope that my review helps someone ask the right questions and make a more informed decision for themselves.

    Hillside Medical Office
Medication prescribed was successful and they were very cooperative with the PT referral. Nurse and doctor are friendly & helpful; reception and lab personnel only fair. Nurse returns phone calls promptly. Decor and atmosphere are outdated. Parking is too far from the door for those with mobility challenges.

    James Rieger MD
So wonderful, from the first consultation to the 2 week check up, Dr. Rieger was amazing! The implants he put in are exactly what I wanted, not too big or small they fit my petite frame very well. And absolutely no one would ever guess my boobs are fake, they look so real! He's very kind, knowledgeable and honest about all of his work and how he predicts the outcome to be. I go back occasionally for laser hair removal as well, and he's so affordable for such a wonderful surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Rieger for any cosmetic procedures, he's the most affordable with really fantastic results!

They are very professional, warm, friendly, and nice. They went above and beyond, to the point where I have my doctor and office manager's cell phone numbers. After surgery, they were great about following up with me, including Christmas Day. They allowed me to text questions during recovery, vs calling and playing phone tag. I go to check ups weekly since then. Normally I don't even sit in the waiting room when I arrive for appointments, I am taken right back. At the end of the day, the staff are human, too. They really make me feel comfortable when it is a personal surgery, where photos are taken, where I am exposed, etc.

Started seeing Dr. Hild 3 years ago, everything was fine until after I received a malignant tumor diagnosis. During the past nine months his demeanor and attitude changed dramatically. Has become uncommunicative and gets offended when questioned about testing. I found that he likes to prescribe a pill instead of looking for answers. Appearance has become unprofessional and displays impatience during scheduled appoints.

My doctor is Dr. Byrd.  He is a good Doctor but apparently over books, as I have left their offices twice because they were running 1hour+ over the scheduled appointment.  They do not seem to appreaciate others time.  So that is two post care appointments where I was to get PSA results that left without knowing results.  I am not retired, so I have work responsibilities and schedules to keep of my own.

Arthritis & Rheumatology Clinics Of Kansas
Maintenance medications never had refills. Every time I had to get a refill, my mail-in pharmacy contacted the doctor's office and the request was declined! This would go on for weeks until they finally approved it, then my pharmacy took another few weeks to fill it. 9 times out of ten I ran out before my medication arrived. I'm talking about Plaquenil--not a narcotic. A simple DMARD for arthritis. Why not make it refillable as long as the patient visits an opthalmologist each year, which I did? Furthermore, I felt forced into accepting treatments that did not really fit my diagnosis. I suffered a UTI after every infusion and no improvement of my arthritis symptoms. While under treatment for osteoporosis, I should have had a bone density every year to see if treatment was effective, but this doctor never did one at all. Consequently, I have not had one since Jan 2013. Patients are supposed to be seen when they are receiving an infusion. My doctor saw me once--the first time--very briefly to say "hi." So I'm saying "bye" now. I have canceled all appointments and scheduled with a new physician.

    Dr. Jihane Sfeir, MD
She's good. They are very good at punctuality. They are very nice people. She does have an accent, I don't think she was born in this country and its a little bit difficult to understand her. The effectiveness of her treatment has always been good. She's young, intelligent and well trained.
