AAAA Home ImprovementI had a very positive experience working with Steve and his crew. I asked him for a bid to replace my roof. He quickly responded with a really fair bid. I had gotten 5 bids and Steve was by far the fairest in his pricing. He communicated with me extremely well. His crew did the job in a day and they cleaned up everything! Steve took pictures of the progress and the work they did so I could keep for my records. I was not expecting that and I greatly appreciate it. I received an invoice for exactly what Steve bid. I highly recommend AAA Home Improvements. I plan to work with them in the near future to do some work inside my home.- Darlene D.

ABriggs Basement Foundation RepairNo water in basement since Briggs fixed it 25 years ago. Garage wall began to sink some so they fixed that and then two basement walls had to be raised about 3/4 of an inch in 2020. I would never hire anyone else to work for me on basement or foundation repairs. They have always done an excellent job and gives a good warranty. Wayne Briggs does not believe in doing a shabby job ever. I interviewed companies for 3 months before deciding on Briggs Foundation Repair back 25 years ago. Recently Darren came out to check my basement floor and will get back with me. It will require some minor sealing. Darren (or Darrell?) is very good to give me every detail of what will be done. He is not the least expensive but I like the way he wants to do things RIGHT!!! I am 90 years old and a widow trying to stay in my home as long as I am able. I recommend him to anyone looking for any foundation work.- Nellie M.

CTexturiteWas mislead a little in process popcorn was not all removed but flattened out and smooth texture over about 50 percent. Does it look better than popcorn yes. Does it look as good as traditional texture. No no for me anyway but everyone has their own tastes. Tried to contact via phone and via web site email to discuss that the ceilings were painted a very antique white which us not as discussed. It was to be a standard white ceiling. Still no return response from company so I may need to seek assistance Easy to remedy issue. But no response means i would never recomend a company that does not stand by their work describe the process in detail or overstate what they will do.- Warren D.

ASTOVALL CONSTRUCTIONI contracted Stovall Construction to provide some minor repairs to my home prior to selling it. Their work was very professional and efficient. They put a handrail on my garage steps, replaced a cement pier piling on the deck, and repaired a newel post in only two days. I highly recommend Stovall Construction for their work.- Kenneth S.

AD & D GARAGESThis is your guy for a solid garage. I got bids and interviewed other builders for 2 years before I was comfortable enough to sign a contract. I'm so glad I went with Jim and his guys. If we ever move and need another garage, I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. Jim, the owner, is on-site working every single day with his crew. They've been together for years and they are pros. The other trades that have come after them, like the electrician, have nothing but compliments about the way the garage was built. I wanted an oversized garage with custom trusses and an oversized door, and he was happy to oblige. Some of the other builders I spoke with wanted to keep things more basic and simple. His bid was extremely competitive because he doesn't have the overhead that the larger companies do. You may not see D & D Garage commercials on TV, but don't let that scare you off. As the garage was being built, I saw a man talking to Jim one day. I went out to see if it was someone I needed to talk to, but no. It was a neighbor a few blocks down that had used D & D to build a garage years ago. He noticed Jim and made a point to come up to him and thank him and tell him how much he still loved his garage. I thought that was a very good sign. After the job was done, I had a small leak by the walk-in door. One of his guys came back the next day and fixed it. I also liked that they didn't have a bunch of the work subbed out. They even did all the concrete work. It's thick and looks great. Anyway, I'm picky about this kind of stuff and they still did a wonderful job. A+++- Barbara R.

FDue to poor work and missed deadlines we have been forced to spend money far exceeding the deposit paid to redo and repair the work that PM Service provided. Additionally, due to the lack of any type of dust, dirt, debris mitigation during demo and construction, the entire house will have to be professionally cleaned. Also, due to the lack of dust control or any attempt at all, all bedding, drapery, clothes, furniture, appliances, cabinetry, carpet etc...will need to be professionally cleaned. After constant days of questioning the appearance of the work being done and being told "don't worry, you will love it when it is done", we contacted several different professionals to come to our home and evaluate the work. Each and every one told the same story..."I have never seen anything quite like this". To date, we have had the walls in both bathrooms repatched. The ceiling in the living room rescraped and skimcoated, sheet rock and bullnose in living room that was put in removed, ALL flooring taken up with some being unsalvageable leaving a need to repurchase. Sheet rock and bull nose was not taped and mudded correctly. Flooring was put down without subfloor having been swept for debris from carpet and tile removal and beaten so tightly in place that this is what warrants the need for purchase of some replacement flooring. Most importantly, it was discussed that the flooring was to be the last thing done so as not to have any damage from painting, sanding etc... it was done long before the completion of the walls and ceiling. Ceiling fan was not covered initially and is now ruined. All painting will need to be redone as none of the walls were prepped correctly. Also, we will now be incurring the cost of having our laundry room painted as one of the employees partially painted it and it was never on the list of items to be done. We were perfectly happy with this rooms paint and had no intention of redoing it at this time. We have had to live in a state of dirt and filth for 18 days now not to mention the initial 14 days (in November no less) that we had to go with no heat in an attempt to keep the dirt and dust from ruining what little space we did have to live in. This job has been unacceptable and quite frankly fraudulent. We will be pursuing our options for recourse and reimbursement.

AI was very pleased to finally get the basement room trimmed out. This was the last thing that I needed done before repainting and carpet. To my eye the work was great and it matched the existing house trim which is exactly what i wanted! We talked over a few changes and in the end I was able to save some money too. :)

AIt went amazing. I have had Andy do previous work through our home owners insurance. We now call him any time we have any plumbing problem. He is VERY good. He will take your idea and offer suggestions on how to make it better i.e. when we called him on our bathroom remodel. He is very polite, loves dogs (which is a plus for us) and has the most fair prices we have come across. I suggest him to all my friends. Great response time and always fits us in a schedule that works for us. I would give higher than an A if I could. I've never had a service provider this reliable.
