    I am going to start by saying the Dr. Kubina is incompetent and extremely rude. He has no business being a doctor if he refuses to listen or even do a proper exam.
    My 13 month old son had 5 ear infections within 4 months, and my 3 year old son had 8 ear infections within 4 months. Our pediatrician said we needed to see an ENT ASAP to schedule surgery for tubes and removal of their adenoids. He wanted us to see a different doctor in the practice, but Dr. Glenn Kubina was the only one who had an available appointment within a reasonable time. As soon as we checked in, I had a bad feeling. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. She asked for my insurance card, but we had brand new insurance and I hadn't received our new cards yet. I did, however, have our member ID and group number so I gave those to her. She looked at it and again told me and quot;I need your insurance card if you want to see the doctorand quot;. And I told her again that I did not have it but gave her the information I did have so they could file claims to our insurance. She took the information that I did have and went back to talk to the office manager. After being gone for several minutes, she returned and said that was enough to file our claims with insurance. Just like I had assumed. Her overall manner and disrespect really upset me.
    As soon as we met Dr. Kubina, things got a million times worse. He asked why we were there. I tried to tell him my boys have been in constant pain for the past 4 months, but he wouldn't even let me finish. He said it was time to look in their ears. He looked in my 13 month old's ears first and said they looked perfect. He then looked in my 3 year old's ears and said they looked perfect too. He got all high and mighty then and very condescending. He told me there was absolutely no reason I should have brought my boys to him in the first place because their ears look fine. I am sorry, but I didn't realize they had to have horrible ear infections at the time of appointment in order for Dr. Kubina to take their health seriously. Might I add that both of my sons were coughing like crazy and snotting the entire time we were there? And he never said a word. He refused to do any hearing tests or a tempanogram (sp?) to check the movement of their ear drums. That was it and he basically waved his hand to let us know he was done with us. I left the appointment crying.
    The next day I took my boys back to our pediatrician to talk to him about the appointment and to treat them for the bad cough they both had. Guess what!!! Both of my boys had double ear infections, and their ears were so blocked that they failed 2 hearing tests. Our doctor said that as bad as the infections were, there is no possible way their ears were not infected the day before when we saw Dr. Kubina. He immediately set us up with another ENT and told me to fight the bills from Dr. Kubina's office because he had been negligent, and I should not be responsible for that.

    Instead of slapping his face for his smirking as I spoke, I decided to cry in frustration. His comment was then about how mad he had made me....unprofessional. He continued interrupting me as I tried to tell him my symptoms. He was not professional, grumpy and needs to retire quickly. I am telling everyone, and they're writing down his name to NOT use him. How embarrassing for this practice.

    Wichita Clinic has been our family doctors for over 20 years. We have used their Medical and Surgical services as well as Laboratory. I can't give you specifics for all of them, but they include Ear Nose and Throat, Prostate Cancer, Rhumatology, Heart and many other misc services over the years. My family are still patients of several of the doctors. They have taken great care of my family and have referred us to specialists inside and outside the clinic when required.
    Frankly I think they operated much better as Wichita Clinic than they do since being bought by the ViaChristi Organization, but they are still the best!

    Dr. Thornton's office staff was very helpful. They quickly scheduled an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, a short questionnaire was filled out and within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment time we were taken to an examination room. A nurse took our son's vital statistics and less than 5 minutes later Dr. Thornton came in to examine our son.
    Dr. Thornton was very professional, courteous, and willing to explain and answer our questions. He did not seem rushed or anxious to move on to his next patient. His bedside manner was great. After answering all our questions and we were taken care of, we checked out.
    The entire visit took less than 45 minutes. Billing was handled efficiently, and courteously. After filing insurance for us they sent a billing to us and it indicated we should call if we had any questions.
    I wish Dr. Thornton was not a ENT specialist as we would like to have him as a primary physician for our son. He was very good. We would recommend him without any reservations.

    Having read reviews on this Mid-Kansas ENT I felt comfortable making an
    appointment to be seen. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that I was able to
    make an appointment within a week from the day I called. My doctor was
    Dr. Stumpe and he was very thorough and his bedside manner was quite
    good. He did a complete exam and had a speech therapist evaluate me
    while I was there then ordered a CT scan to be sure there was nothing
    hidden. After my CT scan I returned for a follow-up do discuss the
    results of the scan. Overall I was pleased with my experience and
    wouldn't hesitate to go back.

    I have had my hearing evaluated and hearing aids prescribed years ago. Their service and responsiveness has been outstanding during the entire time of my relationship with them. Unfortunately, we have now moved out of state and can no longer use their services. I would recommend them highly.

    Dr. Redding is a good doctor. He is always punctual and gets you in there and gets you checked out. I go to the lab before I see him and he goes over the results with you and lets you know what is going on. I would recommend him to others.

    His availability is great. They don't have a general practitioner. He specializes, so you can get in pretty quick with him. When I scheduled, I could get in the next day. The receptionist is really friendly, and the nurse is really friendly. The staff is good too.

    West Office:
    Waiting area was crowded and loud. Front desk staff businesslike but quite busy and rushed. I was seen for my appointment about fifteen minutes late. Nurse generally polite but seemed rushed as well. Entire office seemed to have a hectic pace with staff demeanor reflective of this. I did not feel I was given time to fully relate my health concerns - physican and nurse seemed to have a pre-conceived diagnosis and pre-set routine in response.

    East Office:
    Waiting area relatively quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff pleasant and businesslike. I was seen for one appointment almost on-time, the other appointment about thirty-five minutes late. CT technician very friendly, helpful, and informative. Surgery scheduler very polite, knowledgeable, and competent. One nurse asked questions about my meds but did not allow me to answer questions completely before cutting me off to move to another question.
