    I cant believe I'm just now thinking to review this company! We have been taking our cars here for over two years now. They are so nice and amazing to work with. We once took our SUV to them and asked them to give us a list of everything they could see as a possible problem over next 5 years(we were debating a new car vs investing in one we had). They gave us a full list and even told my husband about some repairs he cld do himself cheap. I love that I can trust them to tell us the truth and not just try to get money out of us. We couldnt imagine going anywhere else. This company as earn our loyalty!

    I has an accident that left me without a front time and out of alignment. I called several places including some national box stores and either they would have to order the size of tire or the cost was really high. I called Tires Plus. Not only did they have the tire, it was at a reasonable price and 'Jimmy' was very helpful in determining everything I needed. I had a new tire put on and my front end aligned. Work was done in a little over an hour and that included them having to obtain a part for the alignment. Wonderful experience.

    They're great! Polite, professional, and a fair price. They do good work. I hear a lot of horror stories about people taking their cars in for work at other places around town. That doesn't happen here.

    If there were any recall things or warranty things or safety issues whatever, they just do that for free. The first year all of the oil changes were free but we pay for them for that now. They guarantee it. If we have any problems we can go back and stuff like that.

    Its great. They usually recognize me. They give me an ride to work, which is convenient and fast. A little shuttle ride to work, and an co-worker brings me back at the end of the day. They are good about calling me about this is what we found, this is how much it cost. Do you want it done, yes or no? Ok, you can come back at the end of the day. There is a couple times my daughter has sports, and I need it a little early. They get it ready for me, and always vacuum and wash it for you. You know at the dealership you are paying a little bit more.

    Their service and quality is excellent. They're excellent. I signed up for a contract, which, probably wasn't very smart. It was the first time I have ever done it, but it did seem like a pretty good deal with it, so I did it. It is okay, I mean, it is comfortable from the standpoint of just having someplace to go. They are solid people. Their quality is excellent. Their responsiveness is great; they are all around good service people. Their punctuality is excellent -- very high service and very professional. I think you get what you pay for so it is good in that sense. I probably would not want to pay that much in the future.

    I had to take stuff back to have them do it over because parts failed or stuff wasn't as it should be, but they were always willing to do that. Though with cars that is not unusual. The work always gets done the same day. The workers are very helpful, receptive and pleasant.  When there is warranty one thing they had to put a part on my car 3 times its under warranty but only for the part and not the labor.

    Anything complicated I take it to them.  You can take your car there the night before and drop your key in the overnight thing.  They will get started on it first thing in the morning, will let you know what they found out and an estimate. They will stay after 6 o'clock if you cant get there right at six to pick it up. They are very helpful. Their prices are in line with the other places they use the same rate books and standards so they are not going to be radicaly priced.  I have had them put air conditioners in the cars the more complex stuff I take to them.

    Actual oil change, ok; customer service and professionalism, poor. The service advisor actually refused to disclose the price of the oil change (red flag: there was no menu/sign of prices or services posted or available for customers to see), despite being asked, for approximately 15 - 20 minutes and only after insisting first the car needed to be pulled into the garage and service actually begun on my car. No information regarding different oils or packages were ever offered and when the price was finally disclosed, the service advisor was rude, curt and condescending. Finally a district manager promised to talk with the manager as well as forward a coupon for a free oil change at a different Jiffy Lube location; the promised coupon was never received.

    The Garage LLC
    Prior to a long road trip we took our Kia Sorento in to have the transmission serviced. On our way back from our trip we noticed the transmission started shifting hard. Upon our return we took the car back to the garage for him to see what the issue was as he was the one to service it. He said sure for another 100 bucks. We then took the car to Midas as we have a family member who works for them. They checked the transmission and found it had less than half the transmission fluid it needed and in addition the wrong fluid was put in our vehicle. The transmission was essentially destroyed. The owner of the garage simply shrugged his shoulders and essentially said too bad. If you value your vehicle in any way never take it to the garage for any kind of service or repair.
