    I ordered an 80$ cell phone service & internet bundle, the sim card was in the mail & the internet was to be hooked up tues 5:30pm. I got the sim card popped it in & it didnt work so I went to walgreens & tied up their phone for an hr while the idiots on the other end of the phone talked in circles trying to solve the problem & did not succeed. They gave me a few days free service so i could get off the walgreens phone & i went home & called them. got a different attendant who claimed i have no service with them & no scheduled hook-up. I explained the situation & she also talked in circles trying to resolve the situation, it did not end well, i hung up. I called back and simply asked the 3rd teller, what service to you have me signed up for. her response was internet is being hooked up monday at 1pm (i am at work then & never would have set that app up) and will cost me 40$/month & a cell phone plan for that will cost me 89$/month. I agreed to $30 & $50. I told them to cancel everything.

    They kept raising my prices for their services although I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I decided to switch to AT&T to save some money. I was very disappointed in the way they were not willing to assist me with the pricing although I had been with them for so long. After switching to AT&T, I realized that the quality of my TV reception with Cox was inferior. I am using the same TV set and the picture quality has improved dramatically.

    About 4 years ago I purchased a unit with 3 apartments in it. I decided to have WCW manage it for me. This is likely one of the best decisions I have made. I was new to being a property owner or a landlord. WCW (Mostly Mary Beth) has helped me though all of it, both the good and the bad. Anytime I have a question or a problem or need help, she is always right there for me. When I purchased the property it needed some work. Some that I knew about, and other that I did not. WCW was able to help me find good people to accomplish the work quickly and at a fair price. When some issue came up (a maintenance request for example) they would always promptly inform me, and again give me their recommendations on how to handle it and whom to use. I have always been pleased with the advise. Unfortunately for all investment home owners, there is a fact of life we occasionally have to deal with...... the bad tenant. The ones that constantly complain and feel that nothing is ever good enough. I have had to deal with a couple of them over the years. No matter how much work you put in, or how quickly you respond, it is never quite good enough for them. Perhaps they break a window but somehow they don't feel they should pay for it.... or some other similar situation. While this can be quite frustrating, WCW was always able and willing to deal with the situation so that I would not gain extra grey hairs. Unfortunately for them, I believe it is some of those very same people that are leaving bad reviews here..... it seems that people are only interested in leaving a review if they are pissed off about something. That really sucks for WCW...... they really are a great company to do business with. Don't hesitate..... they are trustworthy, honest, and very helpful. Their maintenance guy (especially Chad) are incredible. quick response and excellent work for a fair price every time. I am beginning to get more properties, and I will be having WCW manage those as well. They really are the best.

    GREAT! Jody explained their craftsmanship in detail, hinges, counter set screws and filled with wood paste so will never see screws and preventing ponding of water on screw heads. Prior to delivery he explained all options available, such as wood AND stains. Anyone who has seen and sat on these benches have made favorable comments as to the quality and craftsmanship. Nice work!!!

    They saved my life. The doctors were in contact with my daughter the whole time this was going on. They got on my issues and within a couple of weeks I was walking and moving around. I really can't explain how happy I am with this facility. The food was actually fabulous which is a surprise with a hospital. The level of care is superb.

    The young man was very professional and polite. Listened to my theories of why this thing mysteriously leaked when we
     took showers and my water pressure booster might be involved. He solved the problem without having to pull the stool and tested it  to be sure the problem was solved.  He showed me the plastic part that was no longer working properly and checked the cut off value to be sure a new one was not needed.
    I will make Gray Wolf my plumber for any future plumbing needs.

    I was shocked. All he did was push a button and then he charged me $70. I called Cox because I didn't know they were going to charge that much and they told me that they were breaking it up with an extra $10 on my bill until February. They should have told me their service charge before they performed their service. They fooled me.

    I have been with them for several years. I have high speed internet. I have no problems with it. It does what it is supposed to do. So, I cannot complain. The quality of the service is good, but the pricing is a little high. The only reason why I stayed with them is because I know that if something goes wrong with my internet, they will come out and take care of it or with my TV and I decided to stay with them because it is just simpler and easier.

    In April I contacted Met-con Products to build a metal stairs from a balcony to our patio.  We asked that the project be completed by Memorial Day.  Measurements were taken and work began immediately.  I did a check after two weeks to see the progress and nothing more that one bend of metal had been completed.  I was told that the rain had delayed the project as their bender was outside.  They would get back on the project as soon as the weather improved.  2-3 Weeks passed and I had no contact.  I went to the business and the owner told me that he had lost some workers so he would be delayed, but would get on it as soon as he could.  Another 2-3 weeks passed and there was no word.  I called the business but the owner was out.  I went to the business and the owner was out.  I left my number and asked for a telephone call.  I received no call.  I went back to the business and the owner said they were really busy and had gotten behind.  He would get on my project as soon as possible.  Another 2-3 weeks passed and I went to the business.  The owner wasn't there and I left my telephone number.  I received no call.  I went back to the business and got lucky in catching the owner.  He indicated they had been very busy and had fallen behind.  They were to go to Lawrence the following week for work.  He promised that when they returned from that job he would begin my project.  That was last week, July 13.  I went to the business yesterday and the owner was not on site.  I asked for a telephone call.  I received none.  I went back to the business today and was told the owner was bidding a job in Beloit.  My project has not been started.  I left my number and name and asked for a call.  I have no faith the owner will call.

    Consumers beware!  This company and its owner are not reliable.  The owner will lie to you.  He gave his word the work would begin several times.  If a mans word is of no value, neither is the business he owns.  Shame on me for letting this go as long as I did.

    I had a 3/4 size student cello with cracks around the neck.  We were looking to have it repaired before selling it and purchasing a full size instrument.  J.J., the owner and luthier quickly determined that while repair was possible, it was not economical. His honesty was much appreciated, so we ended up staying for a while and trying a few new and used instruments out.  The staff worked with us for several hours to educate us about how to select a cello, but never pressured us into anything, We ended up purchasing an instrument that had been repaired in the store, so we'll see how the repairs hold up over time.  I expect it will be good for many years to come.
