AAll Weather DecksWe hired All Weather Decks ("AWD") to construct a complete makeover from an old wood deck. We worked with Brett to create a seasonal room designed with multiple large windows to overlook the lake area, along with an open composite (Deckorators-Voyage) deck with a staircase that led down to the open patio. The footing and deck posts were covered with a stone veneer. The construction went well. We experienced a few issues such as clean-up and a damaged door, but they were timely addressed. We cannot say enough about Armando and the beautiful work of his finish crew. He was very professional, diligent and eager to please. He always cleaned up his work area each day. He is a huge asset to the company. We have received multiple compliments. Thank you so much AWD.- Barbara L.

When Mike arrived to give us a quote for a new privacy fence, the pros and cons of wood versus vinyl were discussed with absolutely no pressure tactics utilized whatsoever. The price was very competitive, and the vinyl we chose was a quality product. When it was time for the installation, the crew was extremely courteous, professional, and hard working. ALawn & Landscape SolutionsThe work preformed was outstanding. Jamie reviewed the project with me several times and followed-up to make sure my expectations were addressed. The staff always arrived as scheduled and if they were not due to weather conditions, I was updated early that day. AKC Deck ProThe project went great. JD and his guys are real craftsmen, came on time, very communicative about what was going on, etc. They started a week before Christmas, demo'd and framed in the deck on day 2 and finished up in a month, despite the holidays and the winter weather. This was a cedar porch about 3 ft off the ground with composite flooring and a gabled roof. He even gave me a trap door under the porch that we didn't ask for, all at a very good price. The end of project punch list was literally one item, taken care of no questions asked. Very good experience.- Walter M.

The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. AWe have had quite a bit of things done in our yards over the years and I must say this company is far ahead of some we have used. The quality is exceptional but something you may not consider is communication. That is every bit as important as the work. We definitely recommend All Weather Decks out of Gardner, KS. By the way we had three different crews - one for concrete work, one for paver/stone work and one for the pergola. All equally as good. The project supervisor was excellent as well.

FWe'll go to the end. Brian the owner was not willing to stand by his work after we reported some concrete failures. After we reported it in the spring, he finally came to look at the damage on October 8. Gives you some clue as to punctuality and responsiveness that was prevalent throughout the job. The failure with the concrete was chipping and breaking concrete on a job that was less than 6 months completed. We also twice had to call about water leakage into the sunroom in the same areas of the concrete work.. All during the job we were constantly told by the on-site representative that they stood by their work, not so true. When Brian finally came out he told us that we had to pay for the repairs and he had a solution for fixing the problem. He let it slip that he knew this problem could occur because he had seen it before, but he conveniently left out the part that he failed to address the problem at the time the work was done. My point to him was that if he knew the concrete could break, why didn't he take the precautions at the time the work was done. He said it was not his problem. At this time we saw a complete breakdown of professionalism. He started to curse and drop a few f-bombs. I told him to watch the language at which at this time he acted like a petulant child who knew he had been called out for a lack of attention to detail and started to curse more and make disparaging comments about me. Here are two of the comments he made as he left throwing his tantrum. "You rich people think you can get anything" (20 yrs in the military and 13 more in government service make you comfortable, but not rich) and a personal comment calling me "fat boy". If you make the mistake like we did with Brian be prepared that they don't stand behind their work and if you point it out to him be prepared to see a grown man turn into a child right before your eyes because he cannot be adult enough to hold a conversation without letting his mouth **** insults and curse words. You kind of always know when someone screws up when they resort to this type of behavior. Beware!

AOur experience working with Archadeck was wonderful, and we would recommend working with them for your outdoor living projects! Dan spent a lot of time with us to work out a design, and invited us over to see his deck to help us decide on the size we wanted. He answered all of the questions we had throughout the process. Communication with Bonnie, Craig, and Dan was great throughout. The crew that worked on our project did great work, were considerate, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are very happy with our project, and have already enjoyed spending time out there!

AReTouch came to the house and gave me an estimate to demolish and install a new deck. I then updated the design and they worked with me on an updated quote. ReTouch informed me of when they will be at the house, and they were on time. When the crew arrived, Dean and Dylan, meet with me and went over the plans and the proposed schedule and started the work. ReTouch did a great job. They demolished the old deck and installed new footings and new and additional frame work. They asked numerous questions throughout the installation and made some suggestions for the deck flooring to have a nicer layout. They did an awesome job. Richard the foreman kept me in the loop on everything and helped every step of the way. My wife and I love the new deck. ReTouch did an awesome job and I would be glad to hire them again!

They were communicative, showed up when they said they would, they were friendly and honest about the amount of time the deck would take and they took care of all the clean up afterward!
