    Able Appliance Repair
    I had to take off two days of work trying to accommodate their schedule. They never showed up when they said they would. Misdiagnosed the problem. Came with the WRONG part THREE times. They would not provide an itemized statement of the repair work which left our refrigerator with no digital temperature and a fan that was so loud you couldn't even hear in our kitchen. We said we weren't paying until the owner called us. The repairman threatened to tear open our fridge and refused to leave until we paid him. We told him to leave our home or we would call the police. We stopped payment on our check to get the owner to call us and all they wanted to do was blame the parts supplier when their repairman admitted to us he ordered the wrong part. This company is NOT reputable. I would categorize them in the scam category. We had to call another repair company to fix the problems.

    Appliance 911 showed up on time, and the technician Billy communicated well on an estimated ETA until arrival. Billy was very professional and friendly. I rated "Fair" only for the following reasons: I had already trouble shot the failed part and had ordered a replacement part from sears. I had already taken the range apart and the replacement took less than 15 minutes. The technician swapped out the part, and I put the range back together. There was no price quoted prior to the repair, and I wasn't informed until after the work was complete that the fee would be ~$150 for the 15 minutes of labor. I indicated that was excessive labor for a 15 minute repair, but was told that the fee is the minimum service charge for the company. It would have been nice to know in advance that there is a minimum service fee and I could have evaluated my options.

    Technician showed up and assessed my issue. It was deemed not as bad as I thought and a gasket replacement would probably fix the issue. The tech recommended that I give it a try to replace myself which I am willing and able to do. He said he would gladly do it if I needed help or for him to take over.

    The refrigerator had developed a "chemical" smell, although it appeared to be running properly. Tech located two refrigerant leaks and compressor running very hot. Replaced compressor with non-OEM model, but better track record. Unit has been running well since repair and smell is dissipating. Tech was able to easily answer all questions and was prompt and professional.

    Appliance911 responded to my call, which was on a weekend, to schedule service for the next business day. The technician arrived within the agreed time on Memorial Day to diagnose the problem, and returned the next day with the part to complete the repair. If parts had been available on Memorial Day, the repair would have been completed then.

    Horrible! Jake did the work- cost over $1000 and 2 weeks later, the ice maker failed again. It took multiple calls and weeks of waiting to get him back to replace the ice maker again. He was supposed to be here this morning- I called at 10 to make sure he hadn���t forgotten and told them I was sitting here waiting. Still waiting!! Now they tell me he went to another call because I was in the yard and didn���t pick up the phone. Very unprofessional people!

    Fantastic!!! Chad came right in and fix my dishwasher in no time. Then while he was there he fixed my refrigerator. I could not have asked for a better man. Chad was responsible, quick, and the price was very reasonble. Thank you again Chad.

    The plumbing technician was able to come earlier to do the work and free up my day. He was very responsive to my questions. Replacing the filters were no problem at all. I've had a gold plan with A.B. May for years and have found them to always be very helpful and responsive to my needs. I had to have them send someone again 4/4/19 when a chimney sweep was evaluating my gas fireplace and found gas leaking around the floor turnkey. A.B. May sent someone right out to fix the problem. They take care of me and I appreciate that they do!

    I called appliance 911 in the morning, the company ANSWERED right away and scheduled for the same day around our schedule. RIGHT ON TIME, Merbah came in and began evaluating our Samsung Refrigerator and it was repaired in 20 minutes after a thorough evaluation. Merbah found out a fuse had blown and replaced it, explained what he did and had a great attitude, was professional and really nice. SO, since I had read a lot of reviews that rarely can anyone fix a Samsung Refrigerator AND HE Did, I mentioned I had another Kitchenaid refrigerator that didn't work for 1/2 year!!! He went in and looked at it, cleaned it out and evaluated it. He repaired it within 15 minutes! Then I had him look at my mini fridge and asked why it wasn't working......he showed me where the switch for off and on was and turned it on. He is smart, kind and fast. WOW, am I blessed!!!
