Hossein and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job remodeling our entire house. Work included all new custom cabinets, remodels of 4 bathrooms, all new hardwood floors, painting of the whole interior of the house, all new windows, opening up load bearing walls, and bringing life to a house in need of some love. He worked great with our designer and also brought along tons of his own great design ideas. All work was permitted and passed demanding Leawood inspections no problem. We will of course hire Hossein again.

Carlos and his team were on time, efficient and cleaned up really well after each day of work. They were able to complete the job a day early. The work product was excellent. The ceilings look so much better! We will be calling Carlos to help us with our upcoming basement remodel.

Very good service and when it is time to do the second floor C&C will be my first call. Price was competitive and Carlos did a great job of explaining the whole process and aligning expectations for the project. For a very messy job (scraping ceilings) there was remarkably very little additional clean-up needed by me.

The hardest part was finding a time to get the estimate, and that only took a little bit of phone tag, the estimate was very reasonable, the timeline for the work given ended up being more than needed, the crew was very professional. We will use C&C Drywall again

Beyond belief! Not only did I walk into a fabulous remodeled home; it was a show stopper! The 1992 house was into the 21 century! After the final punch list, my home improvement investment brought tears to my eyes! One of the things I treasure about Don's company is the personal service they give. Always a personal call back, you never need to speak to an answering machine, or person! And, when doing a huge project like this, this was paramount! Unexpectedly, Don only had a 5 month turn around! Over the holidays! And, it was all done from a distance! Certainly not the easiest way, but they did it! Don and his amazing crew did it all via email, cell phone! And, most important to me, was having all of this done on a retirement, tight budget; Don Deflavis Construction stayed within my budget, and came through for me 100%. I couldn't be happier!

David is our contractor on this job and it has been a breeze! Anytime I had questions he answered them quickly, we conferred on the paint choices, and I left the basic wall color with a description and he nailed first time around. We will always call Painting Innovations for our needs, hopefully next year we can use them again to help build a mini bar in the living room! 10 out 10 for this company, owners and crew!

Know that this is for LABOR only. He will want to be reimbursed for any supplies he uses. He even wanted me to supply the tarps until I told him I thought that should be part of the tools of his trade. At first, it was a dream. They were on time, got the job done and got out in 3 hours. I told him he owed me an hour and he said for me to call him on it. If you should have this happen, have him come back the next day and spray (paint) your ceiling! It didn't work out that way for me though. Also, I didn't seem to mind the footprints (plaster) to the bathroom and to the kitchen sink because I was thrilled to have it done (not so, the second time). After I finished mopping floors, I looked at the room again and saw that there was a very visible seam down the middle of the room. However they took off the previous texture, they took off too much mud and exposed the tape. I immediately called Phil and he said he'd come right over and look. Then it got pushed back. 2 more days. On the 3rd push for another day, I pushed back since I had a schedule to adhere to, too. Phil couldn't find a helper this time so he came over on his own and scraped, patched, and wanted to come back and spray later. I told him to get it done. The texture isn't as nice as the first time.... uneven textures, gouges, and burrs. Plus, he tracked plaster all over my floors again where he (and I) didn't get the floors tarped. First off, I would think that the guys would have the decency to not walk on uncovered floors. Take off your shoes or get booties. Second, dump the left over plaster outside, not down the drain. And last, if something needs attention during the job, stop and fix it or at least draw attention to the homeowner prior to finishing the job. I felt that Phil was trying to excuse the seam away but I know about taping and mudding sheetrock. I get the impression he will go right over something that could be fixed with a little attention during the job process. Also, I had them leave the plastic up after because I planned on painting it and hoped to not have to tape again. Just tape again. The mess needs to be removed before you can paint the ceiling with any success. The price was great! It only took them 3 hours the first time. Then 3 days for him to come back and redo the whole process. I give Phil credit for trying to do the right thing but I'm not sure it was enough, for me. He was prompt and called very quickly at the first round. I hope that he will take time to provide attention to detail for the next person and do it right the first time. Overall, the ceiling is done and I'm the only one who's going to notice any problems with it. I do believe Phil intends to do the right thing but I'm not too sure about the quality though.

Absolutely wonderful, the repair job is more than 2 months old now and it looks simply perfect. Our ceilings have a knockdown finish and the Drywall Doctor was able to match not only the color of the ceiling but also the texture perfectly. Initially I was worried a little as the product dried but when it was all said and done it was just perfect. In addition, they used a dust and debris containment that protected everything in my house perfectly. An absolutely wonderful experience!

Excellent work! Arrived on time, repaired and replaced drywall on walls and ceiling, and retextured ceiling to perfectly match existing knock-down texture. Dave Postle is a true professional and his company worthy of the highest praise.

Terrible. Don't ever use this company! They are just awful. Deceitful and unprofessional. On the first job the guy was supposed to cut my tile in my shower so that the fixtures were properly attached and I found out later he hadn't cut it or attached them properly. He also left a big mess of mud on my floor for me to clean up after the mudded the drywall. I called and complained and they told me that they didn't charge me because I shouldn't have to do that so I felt like that was fair customer service. They also said they were going to send someone to fix the problem. I had some more work to do, trim that needed to be cut and nailed and also cut out for a register plate. So I hired them to do that thinking these guys are fair. The next guy came out and did that part but couldn't do the register because I didn't have the correct type. He said he'd come back out to finish it. He also took a look at the tile that the other guy didn't cut for the shower and said he didn't have the tools to do it. So now the tile for shower fixtures still not cut, fixtures still not installed properly. He came back to do the register and I forgot about the appointment. I realize that's my fault but he told me in three weeks he'd be available for doing it and I called and he said he didn't know when he'd be able to do it again. Basically lost my chance because I forgot the appointment. Then I was notified that I was being charged for BOTH jobs! Ya. Even though they didn't finish the first one and told me they weren't charging me. This time they changed the story and said well we said we weren't charging you THEN. But now that it's fixed we are. But it WASN'T fixed. It's total bs. And the second job isn't finished still. So in conclusion two unfinished jobs, one left done iincorrectly and no one to help. The management keeps giving me the runaround and won't do anything to remedy the problem. So I'm basically screwed. I have to call someone else to fix the jobs they didn't finish. Oh ya and I had to clean up after the first guy. Total bs.
