    Treebullies Tree Service
Superbly. They returned messages quickly (some services either did not respond, or did so days later), they arrived precisely on time (others either did not show, or arrived days late to provide estimates), they began work precisely when promised, completed the work in an excellent, fully professional, manner and provided a complete clean up.

    Choice Tree Service
I had a guy come out to give bids on removing two trees. Very nice, informative, etc.. The bid was fair and I decided to hire them. The estimate was on Friday April 19th. Saturday I made contact telling them I'd like them to handle the job. He was nice even said maybe that day they could do it, but to be fair he wasn't certain. He said someone would come by and see if it could be done with the time left after the job they were on. A little time passed and somebody came by, didn't knock or say anything but we saw them outside walking around the trees and they left. Approximately 3 or 4 hours went by and I had to contact them to see the verdict. That's the first sign of not being professional or courteous enough to contact me. Not to mention I had had a decent conversation with him in person about bad previous experiences with a tree service, this job was in fact a job to finish what someone else started but couldn't complete. I texted asking what the verdict was? I got the following text (I'm copying and pasting below) from Saturday April 20th. "Yeah things change in the tree business sometimes from minute to minute we got a new job we've got to get done today met with the adjuster it's a tree on a structure. That obviously is Priority One I'll get back in contact with you at the first of next week to get you scheduled thank you and have a good weekend" So one full week went by, I figured next week meant the week after since it was Saturday (April 20th) when this conversation took place. By Wednesday May 1st. Not one word!!! I texted at 12:57 PM that I haven't heard anything? NOT ONE RESPONSE from him or the company since The Saturday I talked and told them I'd like to hire them . ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE! Very unprofessional. It wasn't only my business but I hadn't told them I was also going to have a few of my mothers trees removed once my job had been completed. I'm glad to know business is SO GOOD... that you can blow off customers. We should all be so successful in life. I'll never hire them and I'll happily spread the word on my social media. I attached screenshots. Didn't know I could before typing all this.

    KC Arborist Tree Care
They did an amazing job with our gigantic older trees. Many neighbors had large limbs down after the storm, but we had none down. We got numerous quotes and were most impressed by the responsiveness of Jeff and his team, and their price was by far the best. They were quick, did an amazing job, cleaned up all debris, and even trimmed down a couple ovegrown bushes. They left our yard in a better condition than it was in before they arrived.

Lopez Landscaping & Tree Services LLC
Juan and his wife came the very day I called and gave us a free estimate for a very reasonable price and came the very next day, as promised, and efficiently removed the very large branch. The price was reasonable for what I consider an "emergency" service. There were trees down everywhere and I am sure Juan and his crew were very busy. His company does all kinds of landscaping, from mowing to tree trimming/removal throughout the Kansas City Metro.

    Eden Tree Service
We received proposals from 4 firms and Eden was just slightly higher than the lowest proposal we received, but their representative was much more professional and seemed to know what would be required. The work was delayed 2 weeks due to continual rains, but when it cleared off they arrived when they said they would. There was a crew of 5 men and they did an outstanding job. They removed the silver maple and an old flowering crab that had split. The silver maple had several branches hanging over the house and the electrical service line. They removed the tree without any damage to the house or electrical service. There was some minor damage to the lawn caused by a small loader that was required to move the large pieces from the back yard to the front yard. Overall, I was very impressed with their work and would recommend this firm to anyone needing tree work done.

    Glorioso Tree Service
I hired this company to trim branches from 2 trees. I was very happy with the removal of the tree branches. That process was done professionally. Unfortunately, the cleanup was not completed. I made the rookie mistake of paying in full before the cleanup was complete and they never returned. I even gave them a tip because I thought they did a good job. :-( I contacted Jeremy 3 times to complete the cleanup and he promised each time to come on a specific day, but never showed up. I sent an email to the company asking for a small refund to pay someone else to complete the cleanup, but they have never responded. I was very disappointed that they didn't contact me or try to make this right in any way.

    Smith Brothers Lawn & Landscaping
I have used these guys multiple times. Walkthrough estimate was scheduled and completed promptly and at a flexible time for me. Quote was not cheap but competitive. Work began within an hour of it's scheduled time (they were a little late). I was home to witness the work and can confirm that it was done efficiently and safely, with minimal damage to the lawn (they use a stand-behind machine with tracks and a claw. Upon inspection it was clear that a few more limbs needed to be trimmed - they were adaptable to the changes and only charged a minimal amount more. The work had to be coordinated with neighbor's yard (trees grew from their side and hung over my side) and they did this well. Work included (4) 14" trees removed, (2) large trees trimmed, and a 6" crabapple removed.

    Noel's Tree Service
Noel's work was outstanding. The project was challenging, with three large (100+ foot tall) trees located between my house and numerous powerlines about 40' away from the house to be removed. Noel completed the work safely and in a timely manner. I will not call anyone else if I have any additional tree work that needs to be done.

tree was trim too short and they killed the tree and they did not take responsibility for killing it and it took them two times to trim it because they did not trim correct the first time they do not take responsibility for killing the tree when they clearly kill it because they did not know how short to trim it they should've known because they said the service people where experts obviously we're not did not take spots ability always blames homeowner.

    Arbor Masters Tree & Landscape
The office staff was very courteous and responsive. We had a little trouble initially coordinating our estimate and work, but once it was scheduled they were very prompt and did a great job. I would recommend Arbor Masters.
