    The TV quit working within 30 days. I called and have been calling for several months now. Each time they tell me they'll get back with me but they never do. I was told that they don't pick up trash- the trash they are talking about is the TV they sold me. Bottom line I am out over $300 and have no working TV.

    Ed, did a fantastic job! He came out and gave us an estimate and even when he needed to do some additional work he hadn't counted on he was extremely far in his pricing. He was timely and delivered the gate back in great condition and exactly as he had promised. We would gladly work with Quality Fabrications again!

    Better than one could ask for. If you are reading this review you can stop searching and just call Overland TV to get your TV repaired. There's no reason to call or go anywhere else! I called Sat. morning, dropped off at 12:30. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 days. I got a call Monday afternoon and approved the repair costs and the guy said it will be ready by noon Tuesday. Are you kidding me? 1 day repair turnaround! I picked it up Tuesday at 5:45. TV works and wife is happily watching zombies by 7pm. Seriously, you couldn't shop for a new one and get it set up as fast as these guys repaired my 5 year old plasma!

    The product looks nice and there were no issues with the delivery or delivery driver. The customer service was so extremely poor. I was disappointed. I worked with Phyllis for communication. She was unprepared, flustered, and rude every time we spoke. They originally quoted a 3 week lead time, then knocked it back to 2 weeks when we dropped the furniture off, and ultimately we received the product 5 weeks later.

    How do you judge a doctor, when you aren't a doctor. He is looking for skin cancer's and stuff like that. He will freeze off an precancerous stuff. Just the usual dermatological maintenance. They are fine, no problems there. I don't know, no complaints. Nothing, they can move closer to my house. That would help a little bit.

    The problem was diagnosed immediately and the tv taken into the shop. Once the original problem was taken care of, another was detected and repaired. The time frame for repair was a week longer than expected, but the tv has worked fine since getting it back. The cost originally quoted was the total paid upon completion, regardless of the additional work performed/parts needed. The initial housecall/ diagnostic testing was included in the quoted cost.

    Installation was problematic; the installer changed and even removed previous cabling and connections, totally unnecessarily. Speeds of their fastest internet service seldom even approach what they advertise. Service requests regarding same have been handled with superficial professionalism, but the actual problem-solving has been minimal. No significant improvement in service (i.e., download speeds, tendency for downloads to "hang", occasional buffering issues, all on their 300 Mbps service) has been noted. They have raised prices by 15-20% twice in the less than two years we've had their service. We are now looking to change ISPs.

    Their customer service is horrible at best. Could care less whether you stay with them or not. This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Their billing practices are borderline criminal and I would never recommend them. I've had months were my service was in and out could not get it fixed, they finally came out and found out the line was no good. Wish they did fix however, I never did get a credit on my bill for lack of service.

    Very quick and prompt.  Professional service; friendly and knowledgeable.   Turnaround time was 1 business day.  They were able to start working on the phone's issue on the day of their open house.
