I just recently had a baby and so the doctor was awesome. He was born in January 29, 2014. They were great. They are personable. They make you feel comfortable. Yes most definitely. I recommended them to friends.

I really like Dr. Lombard.  She is straightforward and easy to talk to.  I feel that she cares about my well-being.  I had to have a c-section with my daughter, and the last few minutes got a little dicey because the baby was in distress.  I thought she handled the situation extremely well - she took the situation very seriously, did the c-section quickly and kept me calm.  My only compliant is that it often takes 30 minutes plus to see her, which I think is often a problem with OBs because they're back and forth from the hospital with other patients.  But once she sees me, I don't feel rushed.

I found her to be kind and easy to talk to and she clearly explained the
procedure. I like that the practice uses electronic medical records and
they were able to electronically send prescriptions to the pharmacy
etc. The nurse was also very friendly.

Had a 4:15 appointment with Dr. Giedt. I was told to come in 10-15 minutes early to do forms, scan insurance cards, etc. I got there shortly after 4, got everything completed, and I waited. And I waited. And I waited. When I checked with the receptionist at 4:30, she said I was next. Another 10-15 minutes pass, then I was told it would be another 30 before I could see the doctor. I could either wait or see the PA (physicians assistant). I told them I wanted to reschedule. They were VERY apologetic and gave me whatever appointment time I wanted. They even threw in two AMC movie passes. I realize that things happen and doctors get busy, but I wish they would have told me sooner that it was going to be awhile. And the office staff was very nice and very sympathetic when I chose to reschedule. That's why I'm giving them a "C" as opposed to an "F".

He is the one who got her in initially, was very re-assuring and said all the right things. He referred her to an oncologist and apologized for things that did not go the way it should have been. When she was hospitalized, he went by and saw her in the hospital even though he did not have anything to do with her care at that time. He still maintains contact and she still visits him as an OB-GYN doctor. The hysterectomy has gone amazingly well. He is really thorough, very efficient and seems to care about people past the chart.

Success! We have a 2 year old son and are currently trying for a second. The staff is simply great from the receptionist to Dr. Stewart and the nurses. When you are seeking infertility treatment the only measure of success is whether you end up with a child not. You cannot necessarily compare success rates from practice to practice because they aren't measured the same. For instance, when looking at IVF, it doesn't count against the practice if they embryos aren't transferred. Another practice in town will not transfer until the blastocyst stage. Sure, this will increase the rate of success if you actually make it that far, but if none of the embryos survive to that stage, you don't even have a chance and you have paid a lot of money. We only had 4 eggs and only 2 fertilized. One of those didn't survive long and so we were down to one embryo. Dr. Stewart made the call to transfer it at 2 days and it worked. I firmly believe we would not have our son if we had been at another practice in town, but their success statistics would still look good.

She is very professional and very personable. She is prompt, I didn't have to wait a long time. I felt like she was knowledgeable and modern. She knew new procedures and I felt like she was up to date.

Dr. Ridgeway and the staff at Women's Health Associates are very good and obviously care a lot about their patients. Recently, I had a miscarriage and they were very attentive and conscientious about following up with me and making sure I was informed about what was happening. The staff is all-female which always makes me feel very comfortable with everyone there.

Dr. Ridgway is wonderful. I have been seeing her for over 10 years. I was diagnosed with mild endometriosis when I was only 15 years old. She has always been very reassuring and always makes me feel at ease. All of the doctors in her group are women and they have all been good to work with in the event that Dr. Ridgway is in a delivery.
