Septic Tank Cleaning reviews in Overland Park

A-1 Sewer & Septic Service Inc
They did real good. He was just the nicest guy. He was on time. He emptied it. He was very nice and did a good job. I have used them over the years. I have to have the septic emptied every four years. I have used them about 3 times over a 12 years period. I would recommend them. I had questions when he was here and he was very responsive. My husband had to dig to find where the cap was. We dug up a whole big part of our yard which we didn't have to do. He told us how to get a cap to make it labelled so that we could always identify it. He inspected it, he looked down there and was concerned if it was getting older or if it had any cracks and he thought it looked very good.

    Honey-Wagon Septic & Grease
I am in the process of selling my home and needed a septic inspection.  The entire staff of Honey Wagon was a pleasure to work with.  They came out to locate my tank the first time and were unable to find it.  They recommended calling in a company to locate it by going into the pipe from the inside.  They made all of the arrangements to get someone here within a day or two.  once the tank was located, Clint, the senior technician,  and Andrew came back out to dig down to the lid.  Unfortunately, it was partially under my deck, but they were able to get to it without having to take apart my deck or dig up any landscaping!  They did a fantastic job!!!  I was very impressed with their professionalism and attitude.  It was a pleasure doing business with them!!
All of the staff went above and beyond to help me out.  Lisa arranged to get someone out to the house to help locate the tank, and worked with me to coordinate the pumping so that it could be done when the county inspector could be here.  The owner even came out to look at a spot that was left on my driveway (something had leaked out of the truck!)  He took care of it right away.
I would definitely recommend Honey Wagon to anyone needing septic services!!

The crew worked very quickly and efficiently.  They worked with the Honey wagon people to pump everything out and get my grey water tank cleaned out.  They had good equipment for digging and knew what they were doing.  Very happy with their work and would use them again.

Did everything requested, on time.  We asked that tank be empty to avoid cracking driveway.  Turned out he could park in street and still do the job friendly, easy to discuss with concerning job.

    Honey-Wagon Septic & Grease
They were very thorough and on time. A competitor couldn't come out until after the weekend, even though I stated it was an emergency. Honey wagon checked with the driver of the tank out for service while I was on hold, and they came out after hours to pump my tank, 3 hours vs. 3 days. A huge difference when your septic is overflowing! Thanks HW!

Really got great service and value working with Lisa as we were able to schedule the job in a way that it created a win/win for us and for their company as they performed the job on their way to the "dump station" at the end of a work day.

Built a new home on at an existing home site in rural Johnson County.  Mark and his crew did an excelent job working with us to coordinate with the new home construction and septic system installation.  Prompt service and cleaned up the site after they were completed.

    Lutz Plumbing Inc
Our first job, about 3 years ago, was in response to a broken drain leading from the kitchen, traveling underneath the foundation to the main sewer drain. Other companies wanted to send cameras down, excavate our foundation, and estimated at least $5000, and a huge mess. Kevin, from Lutz recommended an alternative solution that involved running a bypass around the broken pipe, instead of excavating our foundation, and tying it into another open drain pipe leading to the sewer. This remedy was much cleaner, quicker, and less expensive. It worked like a charm, and we have been very satisfied with the results. The second time was in response to a broken drain pipe from our sump pump, which had resulted in water being pumped out of our sump pump, then leaking out just outside the foundation and then running right back down into our basement. They came out on a Saturday morning and had it repaired in less than an hour. Very professional, and responsive.

    BONNER SPRINGS SEPTIC SERVICE
Eddie told me that at the time of the call, he didn't repair mound systems. He did, however, suggest several things that we could do to try to get rid of the standing water, before we paid another company $6500 to "fix it". Within 2 days of doing what he said, the standing water disappeared, and the soggy ground started drying out.! Two days after that, we mowed the previously soggy area and it was dry. Eddied saved us a TON of money! Very honest and professional!
