Some may find this doctor to be good but I don't share those opinions at all. He falsified paperwork pertaining to me and I find him to not be as attentive either when telling him things. As a result of not being properly educated on my procedure I developed a DVT, deep vein thrombosis and a PE, pulmonary embolism by one not making me aware of blood clots or due to my age not prescribing medication to possibly have prevented me from having such. I would definitely seek out second opinions.

It has been several days and, so far, I think my Botox looks great. Dr. Sajadi was very nice but I would agree with reviews elsewhere on the web, that his office and demeanor are a little off-putting when it comes to professionalism. The office is extremely basic and the floors did not look very clean. The treatment room had a very nice chair for procedures--it would feel so much more comfortable with some paint and pictures on the wall! Maybe I'll mention it to him! Ha! Dr. Sajadi did seem like he was in a hurry AND he did leave my room to deal with some salesman that popped in which did bother me a bit but it seemed more like he is a business owner with a lot of balls in the air. He applied numbing cream (most times, I haven't had this) which I appreciated. The needles still really hurt and he said that, if he had waited longer, it would've worked better. Kind of odd but kind of funny. Luckily, when he did under my eyes, I couldn't feel a thing. He left the room to prepare the syringes which did make me wonder but since it seems to be working, I guess it was legit. I talked to him about options to reduce the appearance of my under eye bags and he suggested Restalyne Classic which I think I might have him do. He was very willing to work on the price with me--the more frequently you visit, the lower the cost which is nice. I usually stretch my time between injections as long as possible but have noticed that it seems to work better when I go in more often. I will definitely try him again--his prices are so good! I will repost more results later!

Dr Petrosky, Au.D. at the North Kansas City office, has provided excellent service for my wife! She listens to her patients, provides information, including all available options from testing to prescribing hearing aid services. Total care from testing to fitting to additional follow up. Highly recommend their services.

overall, well, but communication when there were follow-up questions was not very smooth using their patient portal. But staff very good via phone. I just don't think the patient portal is where it should be to be relied on for communication.

I am not quite a week out from a Total Knee replacement. I expected to completely down and in pain these first few down. My roommate and sister had planned to wait on me hand & foot. Nope. My pain is well controlled w oral medications.. I get around quite well with a cane, though I'm told I need the walker when I go out. I only need to get up once at night for pain mess. I attribute this to Dr Farrell's skill as a surgeon. It took a while to get an appointment with him but was certainly worth every second.

They operate like a medical practice should. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, having had x-rays, a good exam and discussion with P.A. Ann Coppage, a cortisone shot and a referral for physical therapy. Cannot say enough good things about the overall experience.

Bad. She had me come in for an office visit to give me a referral to an allergist. She also told me the lab work they did in her office which I had just done, was not thourough enough but her hands were tied. They could only use specific labs. I felt like I should have been told that before I ever did any labs and she didn't need me to come into the office to give a referral. During the appointment she never looked me in the eye, which was unusual. Up to then she had been a good doctor. All about corporate and money now

My hearing was thoroughly evaluated. I explained to the audiologist my problems and dislikes with my previous hearing aids and she made a recommendation of a different style that would probably suit me better. She gave me several options costing different amounts and I decided on one that fit my budget. I received the new hearing aids a week later and she adjusted them to my hearing comfort level and explained how to care for them. She scheduled a follow up for two weeks later to see how they were doing for me. At the first follow up, an adjustment was made to help me understand dialog on the TV better. She scheduled another follow up for a few weeks later to see how the hearing aids are working. I am very impressed that they regularly schedule follow ups with their patients to make sure the hearing aids are working out. This was not the policy of the audiologist I purchased my first pair of hearing aids from several years ago and that experience was not good.

Do not go to this office for any consultation for any sinus procedure. They bill your insurance to use that scope to look in your nose and they call it a "procedure".  In turn you end up with a bill against your deductible.  Consultation cost me nearly $300 with excellent Blue Cross coverage - imagine what it will cost you.

While the man is nice....I don't appreciate at all that he doesn't bill yearly check ups as such unless you specifically tell them. So, for us, that means every office visit is out of pocket instead of having the yearly preventative visit that is covered by our insurance. Secondly, even though the meds prescribed are not hard core or new, (been on them 75% off my life) he's insisting on visits every 6 months, blaming the insurance company policy, except it's not at all the insurance. Then they tell us they've sent in prescriptions for 6 months, except the pharmacy had to call on every month for a new prescription. This office is out for money. I don't trust them, I won't go back, and I definitely will not recommend.
