    First the salesman gave me no invoice, just a handwritten bid. When the installers worked, they did a good job. But they had to come back because a vent had not been installed. I contacted the salesman about the missing vent multiple times and got no where. Finally I called the corporate offices of Home Depot. They got the order in to add the missing vent. Then I had to ask multiple times for a bill of sale with the warranty information and installation information. I was not a happy camper having to nag so many times.

    Top Notch Heating Cooling & Plumbing
    Today I'm grateful for Top Notch Heating & Cooling! When the AC died last night in my home, I called them since they installed it and have serviced it for 9 years. After diagnosing the root cause as a burned up motor, determining the parts are still under warranty (thankfully saving me a lot of $$$), then discovering the part was out of stock at the mfg., Top Notch went above & beyond to find a viable, albeit temporary solution until the correct motor comes in! The manager agreed to take a new motor out of one of their units to serve as the temporary solution. Without spending a penny today, my home is cooling down again. (Labor charges will be assessed when the correct motor is installed). We take these things for granted sometimes, but AC is something many people in this world don't experience. I am so thankful that Top Notch went above and beyond to take care of me!

    I will never use this company again. Originally I called due to my AC unit freezing up. My thermostat is on the top floor and the air flow isn't great up there so its always hot. Causing my AC to run constantly. I figured I probably needed more Freon or there was an obstruction in my vent restricting the air flow. After the technician showed up and I explained the situation he said my unit is probably frozen (which I already told him it was). I had started defrosting my unit roughly two hours prior to his arrival. He told me, to speed up the process, I should turn my furnace on. Which I did, I, ME. Which helped. As you can see in the attached receipt they charged me $170 (AFTER discount) to defrost my unit which (again) I had started to do two hours prior and he did absolutely nothing to defrost it. They charged me $128 PER POUND for Freon which you can buy a 10LB tank for $180. Which means they charge SEVEN times the cost. Not including the cost to actually put the Freon in the system which is a whopping $91 (AFTER discount). They also charged $189 (AFTER discount) for a $50 can of easy seal that I NEVER saw him put in my unit. That's all the "discount" price if you purchase the yearly member plan. In summation their prices are OUTLANDISH and downright CRIMINAL. I talked to my uncle they day after who is an heating and cooler technician himself. He's had his own business for over 30 years in Sedalia, MO (Diamond W). I showed him my receipt and explained the entire situation and he would have charged $300 for EVERYTHING. I made a HUGE mistake calling this terrible company to begin with. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night knowing they are straight ROBBING people. NEVER NEVER NEVER go with KB Complete. They are criminals.

    The team at Gatza is professional, responsive and honest. We recently moved into a new home and had no idea what we were working with when it came to our HVAC system. Brent came out, did a full inspection of our system, performed a tune-up, and made honest recommendations. He also identified and corrected a few issues he saw with our system outside of our home...things we would have no idea would affect our system's performance. I will definitely be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs!

    Technique arrived on time, even a little early which was great for me. Very pleasant young, took care to use shoes cover in my home which I really appreciated. Service did not take too long, technician reported that only problem with AC was that the motor was nearing it's end and needed to be replaced, but not an emergency. Technician ended up changing the filter for unit, which I thought was a little expensive, but I went ahead and did it anyway. Will used them again.

    This company called us to resolve the issue we reported on 04/29/19. After much discussion, it was agreed to refund the $69 service call fee of the $252.27 total previously paid. We also agreed to update our review once the check was received. The check was dated 05/08/2019 but was not mailed until 06/12/2019 thus physically received 06/13/2019. They were true to their word as were we. We feel this company does good work but they are expensive especially if they feel additional work is required. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous.
