Dealing with Experimac was a pleasure. They kept me informed every step of the way; their prices were very fair, and their work was top shelf. My Mac is now running better than new, and all for an affordable price.

I needed a professional to determine if my current PC was salvageable, or if I needed to upgrade. Robert was very responsive, professional and helpful. He was able to upgrade my existing PC at a much lower cost than it would have been to purchase a brand new machine. In addition, he was able to get some old programs to run on the updated machine that had previously stopped working. Very pleased with his service!

Tyler took his time and evaluated our entire system. Plus he very patiently listened to our many issues. His knowledge and willingness to educate us on a bunch of issues was worth much more than the charges.

I was extremely pleased - I had several major issues going on with my laptop and was unsure if it would start again. Dawn helped me - she called me multiple times with status updates and explained everything in simple terms. The laptop was fixed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. This is the place I will go anytime I have issues with a device - great service!

I have used Mike 3 times before. He always finds the problem, corrects it and is conscientious about not doing more than necessary. If it is going to cost more than $55.00 because he finds a virus, etc, then he lets me know that up front. Each time I only paid the $55.00. This time my computer was running slow and I have an old computer with windows 7. He did not try to sell me a new computer; in fact he told me my computer is doing really well and showed me how he knew that. There was a problem with Google Drive being outdated, but he and I decided not to work on that at this time, saving me money, and he was honest that he was concerned if he uninstalled it and re-installed it that it might mess something up. He really is good about saying he can fix it and if he is not certain, he will also be honest and tell you. He will give you options, then let you decide what you want to do. In this case,he and I agreed that I should check with whoever installed my
Google Drive and see if they want to uninstall and reinstall it. That saved me a lot of money.

The people there were very nice. However after having my machine for six days over two tries, they did not fix either problem. For the first problem with Edge, they told me, "Edge sucks. Just don't use it. Use Chrome." For the bigger problem, twice they said they cleaned up the hard drive and the problem had gone away. Both times, the problem re-appeared the next day. They had never fixed the problem because they had never actually found it.

I brought it in to see what they could do. They told me, I would need a new hard drive, and that it would be very expensive, and they recommended I buy a new computer. They then showed me to the new computers. It's so was quick, and really embarrassing. It seemed like that was their goal, to sell me another computer.

I refused their offer and took the computer to a friend. He works in the IT field. He had the computer fixed within an hour. It worked just fine after that.

The date is an estimate. It was a few years ago in the Spring of 2013.

Outstanding.  Two visits, different technicians.  Coming from the service industry I look at how others provide customer service.  Definite A+ here with both visits.  They are for now my go-to technicians for electronics.  Polite, called ahead, immediately put shoe covers on upon entering the house, e-mailed report, consistently checking to ensure they were meeting my expectations.  The only reason I scheduled the initial visit was because I was desperate to have it up and running by Christmas after the original company cancelled.  Called on Thursday afternoon and the rep apologized that they couldn't come out that day; however, could come out on Saturday.  The other company I worked with needed over a month's notice, Saturday was out of the question, and evenings would have caused them to laugh.  Found my new geek squad.

Oh my goodness.....AVIES is an amazing hidden gem!  So unlike the big box stores where it takes weeks before they even look at your problem and then constantly trying to upcharge.  I dropped off my computer, I was called to confirm what needed to be done, and I picked it up the next day.  I dealt with 3 different people -- drop off, phone call and pick up -- all three were friendly and professional.  I HIGHLY recommend AVIES, and I will definitely be taking all of my family's technology devices to them when the need arrises.

Tom brought the items necessary to fix my problems making sure my home network was strong enough to extend into my basement so my home theater system could connect properly.  He then followed up with me several times via phone and text to make sure everything was working as expected.  When I experienced an issue, he was right back again to try another option that got everything working just like I wanted.
