    Eveland Brothers Collision Repair Center
Everything went well. I would give their professionalism, quality of work, etc. an "A" grade. The only thing that I would not give them an "A" for was the friendliness of the personnel I dealt with. They were courteous and professional but lacked warmth - just not very friendly. I would give them a "C" on this aspect.

They did excellent work and looks just like it did off the lot. The were very professional. I had used them years ago and they still have same high quality work and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Merriam Body Shop offered an initial quote that met my requirements and was less than half of a chain body shop. The final bill was even better. Work done in 3 days. Car looks awesome. So glad I went to MBS.

Didn't appear to be an issue with the quality of work done whatsoever. Took a little longer than we'd hoped, but I don't know really what to expect since we haven't really had to get any collision work done on a vehicle ever.

    Lindan Auto Mechanical & Body
I am a single mother and money is very tight. My car was hit by another vehicle in a parking lot (driver unknown) causing over $2,000.00 in damages. I had to have it fixed but was unsure how I would come up with the required $500 deductible or managing to do without a car during repairs. Lindans provided me with a loaner car during the repair time and they are allowing me to make payments on the part I had to pay out of pocket. Tom was great to work with and my Kia looks like new! I will recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I was told by the Service Dept. at our car dealership that our door indicator lights were turning on and off because there was a deep scratch on the door frame of our van that they could not repair. I called Merriam Body Shop and they told me to bring the car over for an estimate. When they looked at the car, they knew that the scratch was not causing the issue but rather the door latch was the problem. While we were standing there, they fixed the issue free of charge. I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend Merriam Body Shop. They were friendly and extremely helpful!

They said it would be done on Friday and it wasn't. I only spoke to the receptionist and guy for the estimate. They promised 5 days but it took 8 with the weekend. They do this for a living, they ought to be able to tell you 5 days and be 5 days. They already had the parts since we were there the week before.

This is what Dr Dent used to be - outstanding work at an outstanding price. Dr. D has grown too big for his britches, and KC Dent & Ding fits the gap perfectly. I put a pretty good scuff with dent  on my 6 month old MDX. I tried Dr D but aborted after their price quote, I found Bill's business on a google search. He was half DD price and every bit as good. Probably better. I was so happy with the work, I took two other vehicles up a few days later for some serious and annoying dents for removal.
You can shop around if you want. But if you start here, you can save a lot of time.

My daughter had backed into her sister's car, bent the hood and it would not latch shut.   I dropped in without an appointment to get an estimate.   The guy there (I didn't get his name)  bent the hood back into position, fixed the latch and didn't charge me anything. He did this even though everyone was at lunch and he was answering the phones too.
I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!

When I picked up the car is was filthy and covered inside, front to back with sanding dust and grease hand prints all over the roof liner.  When I mentioned that the car was dirty to the man who helped me, he said it was suppose to be cleaned.  I said its a mess, and it was!  I wanted it cleaned to the condition that it was when I brought it in.  He agreed, to clean it.   I had to come back later to pick it up.  When I returned it was roughly wiped of dust and the grease prints on the head liner weren't touched.  When I mentioned them, the guy told me; "there is make-up on the visor"  I couldn't believe it or understand what that had to do with the perfect two or three full hand prints of grease that were not there when I dropped it off.  Once again he said he would clean it and that I would need to leave it.  I told him i didn't have time to keep coming back.  He said he would have it done and I could wait.  As I'm waiting I decided to look at the car closer due to the lack of care and concern in regards to the simple turned complex dirt.  .......The flap under the wheel well on the front quarter panel was loose and two screws were completely missing.  The back panel near the tail gate also had some sloppy reattachment issues. Finally there was paint over spray on one of the windows.  I only looked this hard because my trust was lost after the comment from the man justifying the hand prints they left because I had left make-up marks on my visor.
So, for a third time, I had to leave the car and come back to pick it up later.
This occurred more than 1.5 years ago and I probably would not have written this review if I did not continue to have more problems.  To summarize, the back tail gate hasn't shut properly due to where the metal from the door meets the car.  They do not line up and have to be manually pushed in and slammed every time it is opened and re-closed.  The plastic cover is also not lined up properly or missing something and regularly pops loose.  It just stinks that the quality is this bad.  It is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a local business and certainly hope that others look at some of the reviews here and other places as well to avoid sub par service and craftsmanship.
