Roofing reviews in Mount Hope

It was a nightmare that is just now ending.  Where do I start?  First, they demanded all of the money before beginning any work.  My mortgage holder refused that request.  3 days after the roof was complete, we had a half inch of rain.  So much water leaked into the house that our dining room ceiling collapsed.  Upon inspection, we found that we could see daylight through the roof over the dining room, a gap of about 3 feet by 1 inch wide.  They damaged trim, fascia, siding, and other items.  They cut off the 4" cast iron sewer vent stack flush with the roof, then attempted to place a rubber boot over it, using a torch to try to get it to melt down around the edges.  When contacted about the sewer vent, they denied cutting it off.  I showed them pictures their salesman took with my insurance adjustor's camera of the roof vent that were taken on the day they did the estimate.  They came back and put an extension over the hole where the vent stack was that did not meet code.  They used 2" drip edge in several places instead of 6" flashing as required by code (this is what left the 3 foot by 1 inch gap under the upstairs dormer window that led to the huge leak above the dining room).  Step flashing was poorly done in all areas where it was used.  Siding was damaged and left hanging away from the house along the front above the porch and along the sides of the dormer window.  Drip edge along the back of the house was bent and in a few places stuffed under the aluminum trim, creating a clear path for water to get behind the trim to the underlying wood.  The rain gutters were crooked to the point that water flowed over one end before reaching the downspout on the other end.  All of our items in the attic were completely covered in roofing debris, many items were ruined by it. We eventually had to remove all of the insulation from the attic due to the amount of dirt and debris they left behind. When confronted about all of the issues a week later, Ryan Winter said he would send his "good team" out to fix them.  Really?  Why didn't you send your "good team" out to do the initial job?  When the "good team" showed up (at 8 pm), I could smell alcohol on the breath of one of the 3.  I asked him if he had been drinking and he said he had.  When I asked if the others had been drinking, he said they had been too.  That is when I fired them from the job.  Ryan Winter showed up the next night, demanding the remaining payment.  We had paid them half of the money when the job was completed, but held back the last half until we were sure the job was completed properly.  When I refused to pay, Ryan became irate and began yelling at me.  I told him to leave my property and he refused.  I called 911, and while on the phone with dispatch, Ryan yelled that he would "get my money, even if I have to beat it out of you" loud enough for the dispatcher to hear it over the phone.  They were subsequently given a "no trespass" order by our Chief of Police.  When the invoice came from Extreme, we found that they had overcharged for the work, charged for repairs they did not do (like replacing the awning over the back porch, replacing siding, replacing aluminum trim, etc.).  We filed suit against them for just over $62,000 in damages.  Just to repair the damaged sewer vent stack, we have to tear out the bathroom wall and remove the bathtub and shower surround.  That is the largest single ticket expense from the damage list.  We also had to have the attic professionally cleaned to remove the dirt and debris.  We ended up having to replace all of the insulation in the attic and most of the insulation in the walls due to the dirt and debris.  After nearly 2 1/2 years, our lawsuit against them is finally settled and we can begin piecing back together our home and lives.
