Mark did a fantastic job. He was extremely responsive and professional. He came in, ripped out all of the tile in around a bathtub, installed a fancy anti-mold drywall system, and then re-tiled the entire area. He was flexible, courteous, and did really great work for an incredible price.

Our kitchen remodel turned out great ! This was our first experience with a major remodel and we couldn't have had a better experience. Tom drew up plans that worked with our budget and gave us good, workable ideas along with a detailed proposal. We were very pleased with the work done by Robert and Steve. They did a great job , were conscientious and went above and beyond in their work. Additionally, they answered all my questions and were fun to have around the house for a couple of weeks ! The remodel was done on time and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. I can highly recommend Jim Saner's Home Remodeling.

We worked with ReTouch in 2015 to do a complete kitchen remodel in 10 days. Yup. In 10 days, our kitchen was taken down to the studs, appliances were moved around to improve flow, and then everything was put back together and fully functional 10 days later. It was awesome! How this worked..... We designed the space, ordered materials and had the cabinets made before anything was ripped out. This is a highly unusual approach. I dont know any other contractor who would be willing to do this. This took a lot of coordination from various vendors (countertop fabricator, custom cabinet maker) but it made the process SO much easier for our family. Two things I particularly appreciate about ReTouch. 1. They are quite good at communicating during the project. I knew when to expect people in the morning (who was coming when) and I usually received an end-of-the-day summary of that days work. Now, some things would change or someone might be delayed for one reason or another, but at least I had an idea of what was to happen when. 2. They are interested in building a long-term relationship with their clients. They take the long view. If something does not go the way you expect it, they will fix it and they will make it right. For example, we had a miscommunication about the style of cabinet that was to be built. We realized the miss before they were built, but after the budget had been established. The misunderstanding meant that ReTouch should have charged us about $2,000 more than they did. Instead of charging us for that amount, though, ReTouch absorbed that cost since they were not building what we thought they were getting. I do not believe that approach or ethic is common in this industry. And because of their commitment to doing the right thing, we have hired ReTouch on three other occasions. They did a full basement remodel for us, they built a deck with a pergola for us, and they replaced some windows for us. We are now starting a full bathroom remodel with them. We trust them, and there is no higher compliment than that for a contractor.

We have been trying to get them to come back out since Christmas and they have not responded since. We paid them half down for the job. The balance was supposed to be paid after the job was done but they took the rest of the money without our permission. We are with a bathroom that is not even half done and we can't get them to finish it. We would not hire them again.

I cannot possibly recommend Armstrong Kitchens highly enough. If you want quality design and implementation, don't bother to look elsewhere. This is it. Excellent, experienced design and management of the project from start to finish. They have decades-long relationships with carpenters, electricians, etc, who do very high quality work to their specifications. The process went smoothly and on time, and we always felt supported if we had a question or concern. Everything was designed, built, and finished beautifully. They did the scheduling, inspections, etc. The results are spectacular! I am very particular, and I am completely satisfied and amazed. Kristeen, Lowell, and Vicki are a pleasure to work with. We could not be more happy with our choice of Armstrong Kitchens.

We selected Remodel Masters to remodel our bathroom in our older home & we are very pleased with how it turned out. The initial reason we choose them was the prompt, professionally prepared estimate, warranty provided & positive reviews. Randy the owner was on site & very involved with the project & communicated daily on progress. Also as things came up as they often do when opening walls he kept us informed of any additional costs involved, options & even offered some additional ideas. We went with some custom wall treatments he suggested & it really enhanced the design. We found Randy to be very trustworthy & committed to providing quality craftmanship. We would use him & his company again & highly recommend Remodel Masters to others.

Did a fantastic job. They are great people. They want to do what YOU want and not what makes them the most money. If any part of the process goes wrong, they're willing to help and or fix it at no extra charge. Great company.

Picking out the bathroom vanity and the initial customer service was great. However, the plumber hired to install was not the best. He ripped some wall board off taking out the old vanity which was no big deal. If he would have just used the Porter/Cable Oscillating tool he left at the job sight it could been done a little more professional. He also forgot to put in the toe plate and knobs. We also bought a wall cabinet at the same time. Patrick the plumber on the initial job review said he would help install that too. He said make sure you get 4 toggle bolts and 4 fender washers. Anyway, Patrick did not picked up the cabinet at Lowe's and only wanted to do the vanity and get the heck out of our house as fast as he could. He also left some channel lock pliers but I ran him down and returned the tool just before he was about to drive over my garbage can. I knew it was going to be interesting day when Patrick had so much stuff in his plumbing van it was hard to tell what he had in his possession. Instead of moving the drain over, we selected to just offset the vanity so Patrick would not have to do any actual plumbing. It looks fine but not centered. Along with not bringing the cabinet he did not bring and install the toe plate that was purchased with the vanity. When we went to Lowe's to pick up the cabinet it took a while to find everything including the toe plate. One shelf was out the packaging but was counted as 1 of the 5 pieces we were picking up. The warehouse had trouble finding things and it took awhile to sort it all out. They brought up a vanity sink but we told them we already had that installed. I called and ask if the plumber could come back out and install the toe plate but I figured it out on my on. Installing the wall cabinet was tricky since I did have to use toggle bolts to install on the wall board and did not hit any studs. I did search on internet and there were several good ideas available. Getting the knobs on was a little tricky too but everything looks fine now.

I called Johnson County Home Services Plumbing in January 2016 because my bathroom sink was clogged. Anthony had done excellent work for me a couple of times before and I was eager to work with him again. He said he'd probably need to tear the pipe out of the wall. He also said it looked like I had mold behind the tiles in the shower.

This led to him calling the owner, Rod. Rod then decided we should rip up the toilet in hopes that there would be leaking underneath and it could result in an insurance claim. He also said he'd need a $1000 up front. I wasn't sure about this approach, but went along with it. The claim was denied.

March rolled around and my bathroom was still unusable. By this time, Anthony had left the company and now Tim took on the job. He said the shower tile was fine, that the sink just needed to be snaked, and that the floor under the toilet looked fine. In the meantime, my kitchen sink had noticeable mold underneath. Tim initially estimated the work would take two days. It ended up he had to come back five times. He also was a no-show a couple of times.

In the end I was pleased with the work itself, but won't use them again because of the incredibly slow service, the contradictory diagnosis, and bad advice about pursuing an insurance claim.

    They did:

    1.       Did very high quality work

    2.       Were very flexible; asking questions about better options that might be available

    3.       Were very focused on pleasing me, the customer.

    4.       Took excellent care of the remainder of the home while working on the construction projects.

    5.       Charged fees that were very reasonable?an excellent cost for the value received

I would recommend Allan Bridges of AA Construction very highly, and plan to use them for other projects.
