We needed our fireplace cleaned. At first, Provider name locked. came to the house on time, was courteous and polite and cleaned the fireplace. However, the flame was no more than what appeared as red Provider name locked. . I called Bill and he offered to come over that day (which we couldn't do). Bill came around and cleaned out one part that Provider name locked. had overlooked. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our fireplace has NEVER looked this good. We are extremely pleased. Abracadabra did a fantastic job! They take pride in their work and it shows! We have a resort like backyard that all of our friends want to hang out in! He was mainly there to sell us $2000 worth of equipment. We bought a deal and he didn't do anything he was supposed to do. While my husband was on the phone he SP slammed the door and left. He shouldn't have been offering a BD if you don't plan to do any of the work.- Stacey P.
