My dog's stay was wonderful.  They got bathed before pick up and smelled great.  They always do a fantastic job with boarding and bathing.  I had medication they needed to take and they dispensed that as well.  Thank you!

Don't let the bill price scare you!!  In addition to the exam and vaccines, I purchased 2 doses for each dog (>$200) of the 3 month oral flea and tick prevention (Bravecto), as well as a 3 month supply (for 2 dogs - a 6 dose box) of Tri-Heart (Heartworm prevention), and enzymatic toothpaste - for which the total bill was 440.  So, essentially $265 was supplies for the dogs.  That leaves $175 for two dogs to have a new exam, vaccines, and fecal test.
Dr. Lyons gave me extra advice for some home treatments & "things to watch for" based on my dog's histories.  Of the 3 vets my dogs have seen in their 4 years, I am really excited to keep working with Dr. Lyons and his staff.  Excellent care!!
Also, being new to the Manhattan, KS area, the staff really helped me at check-out.  They informed me how the rabies tags and local tags work and how to fill out the forms and provided paperwork for the City.  They even provided a self-addressed, stamped envelope to mail the paperwork to the city to get their tags!!
Thanks!!  Looking forward to our next visit in 6 months for the next round of shots!! (Bordetella)

This veterinary office has cared for our dogs for approximately 5 years. Today's visit provided the regular annual care for two of our three dogs. I felt fully informed of all of the options available for our dogs, and was able to choose what I believe is the appropriate level of care. The veterinarian gave both dogs a very good exam, and explained her findings as she went along. I was given several opportunities to ask questions or express concerns. The technician went over each dog's medical history and asked if there were any questions, or if there was any need for refills. They told me what the costs would be before the work was done so I could ask any questions I had rather than being surprised at the check out counter.
In the past, when one of our dogs had a serious illness, they provided good care and allowed/encouraged us to participate in the decisions and care to the extent of our ability. I trust what I am told, and in the care they provide.

He is the best vet in town. They do a survey here yearly in the newspaper for the best vet and he is always the top vet. He does not need anymore good referrals, for years he has been the best vet in Manhattan. He is an excellent doctor and he takes plenty of time with his patients.

Jessica was very dependable and displayed a great depth of knowledge about a variety of animals. She texted twice a day to report on the status of all the pets. We felt very secure leaving for ten days and found everything in perfect order upon our return.

Excellent every time my kids are there. He is a great diagnostician and figures out problems that KSU vet clinic doesn't. He's very popular so I usually have to do a drop-off with my kids unless I plan way ahead for appointments. I only wish I had more facetime with him, but then we probably discuss my cats too long.

The care seemed fine, but the last time we left her ( 2 weeks) they were supposed to give her a bath, which they didn't do. To their credit, on an earlier visit, she ran out of dog food & they went out & bought her specific food.

They were prompt, thorough, and very kind. A student greeted us and brought us to a room where she asked questions about my kitten's health. She did a quick physical while we talked. She then took him back into an exam room where she met with the vet (instructor), and they performed the deworming. When he was brought back to the room the student cleaned his ears, and the Vet came to ask me if I had any questions.

It was very good.  They walk the dogs 3 or 4 times a day.  They are kept in an air-conditioned facility with individual pens.  They take good care of the animal and it a clean environment.

It turned out fine. She seems to be doing fine. We had no problems with the service. They seemed to give the dogs personal attention and we were pleased with them. We are going to use them in the future.
