    They're very popular and thus very busy so it can take forever to get in, but after that it seems to go quickly. My van still always runs rough afterwards but it is 32 years old. At least they always get it running again.

    I paid approximately $2,500 for some comprehensive maintenance on a 2006 Subaru with approx 125,000 miles. This maintenance included recharging AC, replacing water pump, all belts, all fluids, etc. Approximately 3,000 miles later I had a complete engine failure with a cracked head. When I took it back to them, they didn't do anything other than charge me more money to look at the engine and recommend replacing it.

    Everything appeared to be fixed,. I should mention two more things. Because we were AAA members we got 10% off on labor. Also I should mention that more recently (June 2016) they fixed another car (Honda 2016) for free - the under-carriage splash shield came loose while I was out driving on the highway so I immediately drove it to Car Clinic. Their worker had come back early from lunch and fixed it over his lunch break. No charge saying it was their "good deed for the day".

    Wow, these guys are amazing!! It is so refreshing to find honest, professional service providers today. This was my first time to Lewis Auto Repair. I used the reviews I found on line to try them out. I was told by another company that I needed new rear brakes on my Chevy Silverado. They were squealing badly so I assumed this was the case. I received a quote from a major service center at almost $600. I called Lewis Auto Body and spoke with Tony. He was amazing. Polite, professional, and said he'd have a quote for me in 15 minutes. He immediately called me back with a quote of $475. I took the truck there the following day for the repair. Tony called me an hour later and said that the brakes were fine, just needed cleaning and drums adjusted. Total cost $50!!!!! Wow, what a wonderful surprise. I will DEFINITELY be using Lewis Auto Body for all my future car needs. Thanks so much for your honesty, integrity, and professional service.

    It was probably okay because I don't remember anything bad.  It's been awhile since I had used it.  It was a couple of years ago.  It was probably between $200 and $300.  It was for a chipped windshield.  They are always really friendly and prompt.  I have actually used them again, it was a couple of months ago with the other truck windshield.

    I had an okay experience with this company. I didn't read the fine print enough to see what they weren't going to do when they came out to do the cleaning. I was under the impression that detailing a car meant that they would take the seats out and do all that kind of stuff and they didn't do that. They vacuumed and wiped it down. It didn't feel like a detail. It was more like something I could have done on my own. I expected more. He was clear when he got there that what I purchased was only a certain amount and then if I had wanted all those additional things, I would have had to pay more. They didn't clean the upholstery. I wasn't dissatisfied with the work that he did. I felt like the Big Deal was misleading. I thought I was getting a more thorough detail and not just a regular car cleaning. The work done wasn't bad, I just thought I was getting more.

    Very unhappy with this dealership. When I purchased the car, they were nice enough. However, the car has had problems since I purchased - it has a difficult changing gears. it is an automatic and for me, I considered that a transmission problem. I got every excuse in the book - including "It's not an automatic, its Ford's version of an automatic manual." finally, they agreed there was a problem. Its been fixed two additional times since then and is currently experiencing the start of the same problem. They say this is normal operation. Ford tells me its not the transmission, its the clutch. Therefore, not an on-going problem. Dick Edwards Ford has done nothing to stand behind the product they sold me.

    The oil change was fine. Upon and quot;inspectingand quot; the brakes I was told I needed major brake work - I don't remember what all.... to the tune of ~$1300.00!! More than the car was worth. I declined.
    I took it to a different shop and all I needed was the rotors turned and new pads. A friend who is was a mechanic in another state said Midas is notorious for trying to sell work that is not needed and said the managers push their employees to do so and basically lie about what needs doing.
    I have not returned. For me, the oil change received an A, but the professionalism or shysterism earned them an F and no repeat business from me.

    Our son's 2002 Ford truck was towed in to Dick Edwards service department and we immediately were seen by Nate (he gave us his card before we left that included a direct phone number for him - which he later actually answered!). Within an hour Nate called to tell us what the problem was and what the approx. cost would be. The repairs were made quickly, no surprises with the final cost, and our son was on his way again. Friendly, fast, professional - yeah, I would definitely recommend this place for auto repair!

    We had to have a crank shaft case replaced. They recommended a great tow company and had the car repaired quickly. The price was very reasonable. We were able to include the tow in the car repair price. We'll be using this business for our car repair needs in the future.
