Amazing job. We are finishing our basement and got their name from a family member. They came out and walked me through how we could set up the plumbing and HVAC in the most cost efficient manor. They re routed some plumbing, installed some new pipes and worked directly with our contractor on where to run the HVAC ducts. Will definitely be calling for all future needs.

Hired to AFP to install 2 toilets in remodeled home which was being sold and inspected for final sale. Came in house the day of inspection and found both toilets leaking through 2 different ceilings doing thousands of dollars in damage. Lost sale of home and incurred a loss $15000 in final sale of home to different buyer. Affordable Plumbing owner refused to except responsibility for the damages and stormed out of home. If you are willing to take a chance on this company destroying your home then hire them but dont be surprised that they dont back up their work.

The technician told me that he couldn't do anything because my sump pit wasn't wide enough and therefore not up to code. I'm sure he's following some ridiculous rule, but that sure would have been nice to know before I went through the trouble and paid for a service call. He was professional about it, but the experience was very frustrating. Since he was already there I asked him if he'd take a look at my garbage disposal that had just stopped working. He verified that it was shot and I'd need a new one and quoted me prices. I ended up just overpaying to have him replace it for the sake of convenience, and somehow I mentally convinced myself it was better to overpay by a couple hundred dollars to have a service performed than it would be to pay $75 to get absolutely nothing (still arguing with myself over that logic).

It always happens at the worse time! You suddenly discover that your main sewer drain has backed up creating a mess that needs immediate attention. Who to call? Well as it happens we called on a weekend during which the city was frozen in ice and people all over were requiring help. Most of the numbers that we phoned did not even want to take our names. One company even wanted our credit card information ahead of time since they would charge us $150 simply for the privilege of coming to our home and providing us an estimate on the repair bill. Not so with A1-Septic. They were polite, they were sympathetic and understanding and assured us that even though they too were extremely busy, a technician would be sent to our house in a timely fashion to assess and to fix the situation. When their technician arrived he went right to work on the issue and quickly determine that the problem was not nearly as bad as we had assumed. He was able to clear our drain in a very timely manner and to even assist us in cleaning up some of the mess before he had to leave! You know you don't expect a drain cleaner to be polite, courteous and efficient; however that is exactly what we got with this company. As a result of our experience we can highly recommend using their services.

Ok. This company now owns Rainbow plumbing, parent org is 4 eco services. Did not tell us that when we called. Pricing is MUCH HIGHER than dealing with the old Rainbow plumbing. Gouged us on faucet repair and sink replacement. Cost was 85% labor/ overhead. Will not use again. Forgot to put cover on main house water valve on front lawn when departing. Did not offer ideas on faucet hardware, nice staff.

Work was done to my expectations & beyond. Ben & Jesse helped me decide how to best approach the repairs & that made my $$$ go as far as possible. Work started on time and the job was finished on time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent---from demo to cleanup everyday to new drywall/mudding to painting and finish carpentry. I had new floors installed. To be honest, there was a problem with how the upstairs bathroom floor was installed. I was not happy and after they looked at the job, they agreed with me. New materials were ordered and installed perfectly within several weeks. I think that is what impresses me about this company. So many times contractors blow off an older woman. I've been treated so poorly by other companies. Not this company. When there was a problem with that flooring, they wanted to make things right and have me be satisfied. They never talked down to me or made me feel like my requests were outlandish. I couldn't be happier.

Bob Hamiltons service guy had a horrible attitude. He told me it would cost $500.00 to hook up a new dishwasher. He also said he charges whatever he wants to charge for an installment! He began to stare me down trying to intimidate me. At that point I ask him to leave my home. Called your office told you about my experience. Cancelled the contract Id signed with you the previous day. Ive yet to receive my refund for the cancellation of the contract. Will contact my attorney on Tuesday if my check is not in the mail as you said it was on 10/25/2018. I would never recommend you to anyone. Have a nice day!

I had an emergency sewer line backup that was the result of the old sewer line breaking. A local drain clean-out company could not open the line, and left an even bigger mess of sewage in the basement. So I called different companies and Sewer Renewer had a real human being answering the phones, and sent Aaron, one of the owners and a master plumber out immediately. He used a camera and found where the break in the sewer line was, and verified that I needed a new line from the house to the city. The house was built in 1950 and this is not unusual but it is expensive. He managed to clear enough of the line for the waste to go down the drain until a new sewer line could be installed. And he thoroughly cleaned up the horrific mess left by the backup and the previous drain cleaner, so that the basement looked cleaner than it was before the break! It took a couple days to install the line, and dig up the back yard, but he and his crew were very clean. I was concerned about the mound of dirt that did not go back into the hole, and while Aaron said that by Spring the clay earth would have "settled", he went ahead and leveled the mound with new soil, and new seed, as well as a lawn fertilizer contract. This is one of the most conscientious companies I have ever worked with.

Tom and his crew are very professional. They look out for the interest of the homeowner and not upsell things to increase cost. The quality of the work is great and they work with us on tight schedules.

Hi, I had a great service tech named Simon (cant recall last name) who came out about 4-6 weeks ago to clear out a clog in our main line. He was super nice and professional and did a great job! About 3-4 weeks back we had a gentleman come out again this time for some furnace maintenance and he was very helpful as well. His name was Joel Bailey. Overall, I recommend ReddiServices, since they have helped us out so much with our plumbing and other home maintenance needs!
