They come out in between regular service if there is add' service I need. Due to all the rain this year, the ants have been really bad. Kievan, Field Expert, came out this afternoon and helped. He was professional, knowledgeable and really took time to determine the area of entry of the ants. He sprayed internally and externally. We recently moved at the end of last year and they offered to come spray the new house for free the first time around. They appreciate loyalty and show appreciation - which is great to see. Randy Murphy came out yesterday to do a quarterly service and he was very pleasant, professional, courteous of my sleeping baby and pointed out some caution areas where bugs might be getting in the basement. Edge is willing to spray inside/outside or both, depending on your request - no extra charge. They will also come back and re-spray if you see bugs after the service is performed- no extra charge. BPro PestWork was done as promised. A little confusion by the applicator over what was a centipede vs. a silverfish, which was a little disconcerting. It has not been quite two weeks so a little early to tell on well the application worked, but so far only one centipede in the garage found since the application.
