    Always Helpful Movers & Storage
I cannot praise these folks highly enough!! We chose them because they had very competitive pricing, but also because they promised to deliver our goods by far the quickest. We asked them to pack some large and fragile items, such as paintings and expensive furniture, and EVERYTHING arrived in the exact shape in which we left it!!! Unbelievable care was taken in both packing and unpacking. NOTHING was damaged or lost. They moved our stuff from Kansas to South Carolina on July 4th and 5th (a 15-hour drive), showed up as promised, and unpacked everything very quickly and carefully! AND - the final cost ended up being 14% less than their estimate in their contract!! I have never had that moving experience before. These people make me feel like moving again! Sorry, that was a dumb joke ;-) - Seriously, these people are the BEST!

    Happy Hour Moving
All 3 days went smoothly including one day that was rainy and another that was over 90 degrees. Nothing appeared to be damaged in the moves and the workers worked hard with good attitudes. The only small complaint is the 3 hour arrival window and not knowing what time your move will be. This is the way of the service world nowadays and probably somewhat unavoidable, but the only reason for a small punctuality deduction. Otherwise we were happy and would hire the movers again.

Everything went really well. The guys worked really hard and did a great job. They had a good attitude and were willing to do whatever it took to get the job done and get it done right. Would definitely use this company again!

    Gandhi Moved Me L.L.C.
We called Trenton on Monday and he came out Tuesday morning to size the job. They worked with us starting on Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving and finished the job on Thanksgiving day! Nothing seriously damaged, just the miscellaneous drywall or door dings that sometimes happen when you are moving larger furniture through tight door frames. Would recommend them without hesitation. Professional and trustworthy.

Team did a good job. They dropped a few boxes in a minor slip up, but I'll credit that to a more junior member of the crew not having the stamina quite yet. I let the supervisor know, and they'll work with him. Nothing was broken, and the team was very professional. Overall would recommend.

I had a pretty big move--a large house with a fair amount of heavy, expensive stuff. First the good. They were honest and polite, and they successfully moved 98% of our stuff without damage. The bad is that when I originally talked to them on the phone, they were overally optimistic about how fast it would be and made a quote based upon what I verbally told them and some photos from the home listing. They promised that as an Agie's List customer they would give me their most attentive service. They would put protectors on my doors, would wrap all of my furniture with blankets and plastic wrap, and would be utterly professional. In the end, they needed 75 blankets. They showed up with a bundle of about 15. They also showed up with only two dollies, one of which didn't have rubber tires on the plastic wheels and scratched up the hard-wood floor of my house. They didn't realize they were damaging the house until I pointed it out to them. They tried to put some blankets on the floor to protect it, but they didn't have any tape to hold the blankets in place. Rather than getting the equipment they needed to properly move my things, they decided to make due with what they had. The result is some of my furniture got damaged. For example, we have several wall hangings and paintings, and they stacked them all next to each other in the truck like library books. Some of the metal hangings damaged some of the paintings and wood frames. The worst, probably, is that they were completely out of blankets when they loaded my expensive wood dining room table, and they put it on its end on the bare metal of the moving truck, with the bare surface of the table scratching against the wall of the truck. See photo. How could a professional laod an expensive dining room table like this without KNOWING it would be damaged? The individuals responsible felt terrible for what happened, and they discussed how to make sure it wouldn't happen again. And, they gave me a big discount that should be enough to fix the damage. But still, the overall experience was frustrating. Having said all that, I think they'd do better next time. But in general I'd trust these guys more with a moderate sized move than a big move with lots of expensive things.

Aaron, Dillon and Brian were punctual, helpful, funny and made moving (which we all know is hard/a pain) an easier process. Kept me up to date on everything they were doing/approx times (also had a storage unit with items to get from there as well) Jesse made it easy to book, kept me well informed of prices beforehand (didnt change day of move like it does with some companies) and gave me peace of mind working with his company. No damage to any of my items or apartments. DEFINITELY will use them again(hopefully NOT moving again anytime soon, but when we do..) & will use them to move my boyfriends Dad in a couple of months!!

Great! Three men showed up at the agreed upon time. They were neatly dressed and immediately assessed the situation. I told them where some of the boxes and furniture pieces should be put and told them to figure out the rest! They were extremely nice and cooperative. They worked efficiently and were careful with everything. Before they left the man I worked with the most offered to pray with me. I'm Jewish and told him I don't "do" Jesus. He said a lovely prayer that was perfect for me as a widow. It was odd for me but it was ok. If I'd said no, he wouldn't have so he didn't force it on me. I'll be having them back in a week or two to put back everything they took out! So yes, I'll rehire them.

    Jordan River Moving and Storage
Started out well and got progressively worse. The salesman (Tom DaSilva) was very professional, as were the foreman of the loading crew (I believe his name was Juan) and Emily Osborne, who communicated with me after the furniture was picked up and calculated our charges. After that, it was mostly bad news. Meghan ODea in the dispatch was difficult to contact and provided erroneous information. When I asked to speak to her superior after the last problem surfaced, I got Kevin, who presented himself to be the top person in the company. Instead of trying to solve the problem created by a Meghan, Kevin opted to recite contract language, laugh at my predicament and threaten me with substantial extra charges. No help there. Next was the driver, Asi. He was a jerk on the telephone, providing me with conflicting delivery times. In his one day notice on Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, he said delivery would occur on Saturday, Dec. 8. He called on Saturday afternoon to say his help did not show up, so he would not deliver that day. That cost me another $120 hotel room. Asi showed up on Sunday, Dec. 9, but was alone so the unloading went slowly. He had a helper on Monday, Dec. 10, but left without assembling some pieces and partially assembled others. We had some furniture damaged and a tool box with many expensive tools is missing. To add salt to the wound, Asi said he had to hand deliver (not mail or email) our final paperwork to the home office, which will take about two weeks and holds up a $714.65 refund. No, I definitely would not use Jordan River Moving & Storage again.

They did a good job. We've actually used them several times. One guy put the beds together backwards. He had some issues but with a little help he did fine. He was young and inexperienced and he just needed a little assistance. We've used them like 3 times. My wife had them move her office. They moved 3 truckloads of furniture to a lake house in Arkansas. This time was good but not as good as the move to Arkansas.
