Red Ink helped me with an emergency repair to my daughters 2004 Audi A4. Shes off at college so finding a German repair shop in a city where I dont live was a bit risky. I went to Red Ink based upon research online and a recommendation from a my mechanic in Kansas City. The guys at Red Ink were thorough and ensured I understood what was wrong with the car and what the repair would entail. The quality of work was good and I wouldnt hesitate to take my car there again.

They use synthetic oil. I have a choice to go to another service place. I like them to use synthetic oil. The last time I took it to another place, they put an extra quart of oil in my car, just in case I needed it. So instead of the 4 1/2 quarts it needed, they put 5 1/2 in and almost flooded my engine. So I quit going to the other company. I wasn't even confident that if I had told them how many quarts to put in, that it would register. So I went back to George. I used to do it myself, but I'm 68, so I decided to just take it to George. They are the only Saab dealer in town, and you usually have to wait several days to get it in. Their responsiveness is probably a B. It is a really critical issue though. They're good, once you get it in, but getting in through their appointments, they suck. The appointments they set, may be a week away, but once you get in, you can almost wait for it. I've been using them for 25 years.

The tow truck was in shambles. The antifreeze blowing up over his windshield was one thing, but he could hardly keep it on the road because the alignment was so bad. To try to service customers with stuff that is that poorly maintained is just bad. At least it got us back to our car. They were actually pretty punctual considering the disaster. The guy had his 4 year old grandson with him in the 2nd van, so we had to visit with the grandson, he was a cute little fellow. Tow truck drivers don't usually bring their family with them, so I'd give them a C for professionalism. They are quite good actually. They are punctual and in a situation like that punctuality needs the highest of marks.

.I've just been there once or twice, and they're fine. It's kind of interesting, because you kind of make an appointment; there's the guys and they're out there doing their thing. And then the guy who's gonna service your car calls your name and gets your keys and stuff. I didn't talk to a supervisor-y type person at all. I think there was one around if you had a problem or something. But it was pretty much one of those like almost self serve things. You come in and say, "I had this appointment and here's my key." They were a prompt nice bunch of people. I've gone different places. I went to another oil change business once that was just so rude on Stateline on the Missouri side. I got it changed. They had an early morning appointment which made me happy. You don't actually talk to the guys in the service department. You talk to their supervisor. You know, they made a 7:30 in the morning appointment, and they got in and got it done. I think if I had gone later I would've had to wait longer. I don't know what other people charge. I mean Walmart is usually pretty reasonable. They didn't have a supervisor-y person there because it was real early in the morning, and probably that's not usually the case. But, I thought they were pretty good. Their workers went out and got the car, and they left it clean when they got in and out of it. They were fast and professional, so I guess I'd say they were really good. They're close to where I am. They open early. I've had good luck. The thing is, they're close to where I live. I don't have to go find somebody else. They did a good job, and I was happy with the price, and I got an early riser appointment.

They did everything they were supposed to. They did it in a professional manner. I don?t know how long it took to do the work because I left and came back later to get it. I think it was maybe two hours. The waiting room was very nice, maybe a ?B? for that.?I have been using them for a year and 5 months.

They suppose to deliver a loaner car to me, and they forgot. They weren't very good on their scheduling. I shopped around, their tires were the same as everybody else. Price was fair. Too much money as far as I am concern, its what everybody is asking. They didn't get their ducks in the row. It took a long time to get it in. they had difficulties getting in, they had to cancel, took an extra day, it goes against their organization. It took two days to get it in. Be organized. I called needing a car, doesn't show up. I called, and I wasn't on the schedule. Its the left hand not talking to the right hand. Nothing, just put on the tires, nothing to say.

Usually within an hour. Just oil change, tire rotation. I generally wait on the car. Oh good. I can't think of anything, they meet all my expectations. The people at the desk, the in-tech specialists, the mechanics.

They are excellent and we would highly recommend them. They are very honest. We took our car to another mechanic who told us it needed a lot of work. We brought it to Goodyear for a second estimate and they said not everything needed to be done like they said. They fixed the car for hundreds of dollars less at a very reasonable price.

I will not buy a car from them because I believe they are extremely expensive as far as service is concerned. The bills are always incredibly high and they always find lots of things wrong with my car, even though Hondas are supposed to be relatively trouble free. I am not fond of this provider, they are expensive. They do reasonable work, but they're expensive.

For example, the car was last serviced about a year ago because it is so expensive. This car has almost 250,000 miles on it and they wanted to re-fix a problem (they claimed my power steering box was leaking oil) that they supposedly fixed the seals two years prior for several hundred dollars, and now it's leaking again.  I had a brake problem and last time they worked on some of the brakes and the problem persisted, this time they worked on a different set of brakes and hopefully the problem is solved now.

This provider has provided all of the service for my car. They spend a lot of money paying for a fancy waiting room with food and multiple attendants, rather than providing a reasonable rate for their maintenance work. I'm not particularly interested in spending money on all the "fluff". They are professional, but they always find things wrong with your car, always. I find it highly suspicious. They are very responsive and punctual. I will use them again, reluctantly, because they are the closest Honda dealership.

Replaced a radiator with a crack in the top.  Phone response was quick, and they provided an accurate estimate over the phone.  I was able to bring in the car the next morning, and it was fixed by the afternoon.  The cost was about $150 less than the car dealer.  We were very happy with the service.
