    We talked about purchase options: how to buy a good quality standard model toilet that doesn't clog up. My old one is rusted at the base and is difficult to clean. I have a very limited budget, so I have left a voice mail message with my loan officer at my credit union to cover the cost of installing a new toilet. Chris gave me the names of some good models that have parts that would not be expensive to replace as the toilet get older and parts have to be eventually replaced.

    Very professional, knowledgable, friendly & organized. I anticipated having to pay alot more than I did to have all 3 systems replaced. They didn't try and up sale bigger systems than I needed. The company has been in business since 1951 so I feel confident if there are any issues they will be around to address them. Highly recommend giving them a call.

    Bill Dean answered my phone call and was to squeeze me in after his last call. I has worse case scenarios running thru my head..That said.. Bill was able to tighten a screw on the handle for my shower- instant fix. He replaced a rubber gasket in the toilet. He was efficient, professional, and reasonable. I will always call Bill Dean for any plumbing needs.

    We have had some really bad experiences with service repairs of various types, but I will call them ANY time I need service for HVAC/heat. I was able to talk to a live person immediately when I called, he came right away, explained everything, and couldn't have been any better. All on a cold holiday (overtime) weekend.

    serviceman was good Customer service was VERY, VERY rude. Overpriced!! Charged way over what the work was estimated at. Only took 1/2 half the time estimated but charged full price on the estimate. The estimate states the amount would be adjusted. Came out to $400.00/hr!!!! They were done in 2 hours and the estimate was for 4 hours!! When asked about the charge they were VERY rude and yelled that the amount was used for the office workers time and training for their employees. That they have to train new people all the time!! Why was this OUR problem???? Overcharged on refrigerant that was reused (they replaced it 3-1/2 weeks before, to last until the coil came in). Will not ever use them again or recommend them!! Terrible customer service !!!!!!!!

    Not only was the estimate the best of 5 we received, but the replacement units were the highest rated in every category. Milt, the tech, was wonderful to work with. He discussed/explained what he was doing, was meticulous, and very professional. No one wants their AC units to fail, but I'm glad Denney's was there to do what we needed done.

    Our heater went out in the middle of winter. Through a home warranty company, we had BK come out to take a look at it. The heater had been off for a few days because the blower motor was making a terrible racket. BK turned the heater back on and it worked. As he left, he claimed that he replaced a wire, and that was what fixed it! We paid him $65 for the service call, as required by the home warranty company. Of course the heater went out again less than 24 hours later. We called and called BK (the cell phone of the man who had been out), but he didn't respond for 2 days. So we finally got the home warranty company convinced that we were being ignored, and they had another company come out to check the furnace. The new company fixed it quickly (replaced the blower motor), and mentioned that "there's no new wire in here. No work was done to this furnace." So - I am not calling anyone a liar - but it looks bad. We will not be using BK heating and cooling again.

    Baby May installs Daiken furnace can air conditioning units. (These are also associated with an Amana and Goodman brand units, and are very highly rated.) I was really impressed with the 12-year warranty and even more impressed when I found out that free maintenance was provided semi annually for the units for the period of the warranty. The installers showed up promptly and quickly went to work. It didn't take them long to tear out the old unit and put in the new one. They also replaced a small diameter hose comma used to drain off condensation from the unit come with a small PVC piping assembly. That's much less likely to be crushed by any falling object. They also installed an ecobee thermostat for me. Both the HVAC unit and the thermostat has been working great. I find that most of the time for heating, I can set the temperature 4 - 5 degrees lower than what I was used to. The temperature and humidity are quite comfortable. The biggest surprise I had was about a week or so later. I received too heavy coffee mugs with A B May on them and a half dozen of chocolate chip cookies inside each mug! (The cookies were delicious.)

The work was done with no pressure, no stress, very flexible, work done on time and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results and that the Furnace is working. Thank you so much!

    I called Stratton in the morning as soon as I noticed that my A/C was no longer blowing cold air. The person answering the phone gave me instructions on what to do immediately to keep from causing any additional harm to my A/C unit and told me someone would be out to help that same day. The repairman showed up later that afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. He also gave some advice on the system in general. He was very friendly and professional. No high pressure sales or trying to convince me I had other problems I needed to fix. I will gladly call these guys back again for any HVAC issues.
