  • Best pediatric dentist EVER!  I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time.  Dr Kiser was a natural with all my children ranging in age from 2-11 years old.  His bedside manner was amazing.  We are a military family and have seen many dentists in our time, but The Smile Centre staff and Dr Kiser were outstanding.  Several of my children needed follow up appointments for cavities and 2 of the kids needed teeth pulled because of their tiny mouths.  Seriously, they didn't even know they got several shots.  He (and his child-whisper assistants) totally put the kids at ease and made the whole experience fun.  Being able to watch TV on the ceiling helped zone them out to people being in their mouths.  Following the teeth extractions, Dr Kiser personally called me at home to check on my boys and make sure they were doing okay.  Talk about service!  I highly recommend The Smile Centre to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist they can trust.

  • I saw a periodontist, I went in for a cleaning and the cleaning was good. The periodontist had an emergency, she left and she did not even looked at my mouth. I was a little concerned about that. They said they would read my x-rays and all that and if there's any problem she would call me back. They did not call me back but they did charge me for her service although she did not look at my mouth. They're good and there's no problem. They don't take any appointments after 3:00 and I need to be at work 'til 3:30. I have to take off work to go see them. Sometimes you are forced to use people you really don't want to use because of insurance. Due to my insurance they are the closest people.

  • They are fine. They were so kind and easy to work with. We are on military insurance and Heartland Family Dentistry was so easy to work with. All they needed was our insurance information and they did the legwork. I didn't have to do anything.

  • We used them because of recommendations. They are really great with kids and they have an adult side as well. They get you in pretty quickly. The office environment is really nice and really clean. The bedside manner is wonderful. If something goes wrong, they take you right back in and fix it no charge.

  • The dentist is incredibly gentle, incredibly professional, and she listens to what I have to say. Her technician is also very gently and thorough. They really listen to me and they just go and pick at my teeth. It is wonderful. Honestly, she is the best dentist that I have ever had; I am actually sad to move.

  • I love it. I will give them overall A. I have seen a number of dentists there. They were very professional, patient, kind, and gentle. It was, probably, been a year. I am not sure to be honest, I think, mostly, I guess, was the cleaning and those basic stuffs.

  • We recently moved to the area, my husband retired. I have been to a lot of dentists (moving around throughout the years), and have had a lot of dental work done. I care deeply about my teeth, and have had several root canals, crowns, etc. I went in to get established and I had broken a tooth. The young dental hygentist was nice, but when he saw my tooth that was broken and that I needed to have some other teeth worked on, he said that he shouldnt clean my teeth that day. (This struck me as odd because I do take care of my teeth). He said that I would probably not be able to save this tooth. I told him I wanted to do everything to save it. He went back and talked to the dentist, then came back and took x-rays. (At this point I had not met her.) When she finally came in, she didnt even look at my tooth, or teeth for that matter, just looked at the x-rays and said you will have to have it extracted. Then she said that I should see a specialist for my work, but could come to her for "little" things and my cleanings. I was not happy about this experience. I decided to try her again, when the tooth started to hurt the next week. Again, she did not even look at the tooth, and didnt offer anything to do besides wait and take motrin, I asked her for antibotics so that it would not get infected. I understand that x-rays tell a lot, but I felt it was impersonal that she didnt even look at my teeth, when clearly I stated that I did not want to lose a tooth and would even try realizing it might not work, and that I have put a lot of money into my mouth. I felt like she didnt care about my teeth or about doing the work that seemed labor intensive. I saw Dr Lombardo and would not go back or tell friends to go there.

  • She is excellent. She is extremely competent. She is so calming and very anxious to avoid any discomfort whatsoever. She is always pleasant, thoughtful and always looking to do conservative treatments. She makes sure that you get what you really needs. She is just a wonderful person. She is extremely responsive and very fair in pricing. She put the crown back on with no charge. I was amazed.

  • Dr. Robinson makes patient comfort a top priority. He is very concerned that the visit is a positive experience and not one that expands the fear most people already have of dentistry. He started the procedure by applying a topical pain killer prior to giving the actual pain killing injection. This gradual numbing made the entire procedure pain free, even the injection was merely a pin p****. He patiently waited for the pain killer to take full effect before proceeding, at which point the drilling and filling was accomplished very efficiently. At the end of the visit he provided a sample of tooth paste for sensitive teeth and gave clear instructions on how I should treat the tooth over the coming days. Also strongly recommended I stop chewing ice cubes! Overall a great visit.

  • Everything went very well. The staff are very courteous and professional. Their billing is very convenient and I don't have to fill out a lot of paper work on each visit. Dr Ogawa's team is wonderful.
