    AA Tree Service
    They do an excellent job of cutting the lawn and making it look fantastic.

    We also used them for removing a few trees and redoing the lawn where the trees where removed from.  They did an excellent job and the property is back to looking like new.

    They always answer the the phone when called and are always on time for appointments.  Family run father and son business.
    A+++++++++++++++ rating from me.

    Willowridge Landscape Inc
    The work was beautifully done.  The estimate and invoice were right what they quoted.  I appreciate the quality job that the workers did on our property.  The job was done later than planned because of frequent rains, but well worth it.

    I timed them & it was 1 hour & 5 minutes. The next day, I got a bill for $181. They also gouged out part of the lawn with their equipment. I talked to someone from their office & he said "do you know what gas cost?" I hung up on him because I did not want to deal with that before Christmas.

    I have been using Greenthumb since last fall and I think they're great. They are professional, knowledgeable, and willing to educate me on items I'm interested in. They work quickly and are a great value to me. My yard looks great, and I love their suggestions and ideas. I would highly recommend!!

    From my first phone call to initiate lawn care until the irrigation system was finished, I have been pleased with all aspects of service. Each phone call was returned in a timely manner. The owner, Ron Baker is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. His office staff is helpful. I began using Willowridge Landscape in March when I moved into my new home. Previous owners did not pay much attention to yard so the lawn was not in good shape. Willowridge mows and treats my lawn and it is getting into shape. The service techs are friendly and do a quality work. I plan to continue using their services and highly recommend them.

    Quality Lawn Care
    Ray was very responsive to my emails and calls. He came by on a Saturday morning to review what I wanted, and we arranged for the work to be done the following Monday. He kept me informed of when they showed up and when they were done, and even offered to pay for an inexpensive (old) planter that was accidentally broken during the work (I declined his offer)

    We were very impressed with Willowridge Landscape in every way. From the initial phone call to the completion of service, everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with. We have several mature trees and shrubs, and live on a hill, so the crew did all the work by hand because there is not room for large equipment. They took a lot of care during the job, and the completed work is outstanding and looks wonderful. We are extremely pleased and will hire them again when we have another landscaping project!

    I waited two weeks for an estimate on clean up work. When the day arrived, I waited until 40 minutes past the outside time frame and contacted their office. Receptionist was rude on the phone and immediately placed me on the phone with whomever came by to do the estimate. The gentleman claimed he rang our doorbell, which I, nor my wife, heard at all. We had been home all morning waiting for the inspection. Fine. Either he rang the door bell once and left or for some reason didn't ring the bell at all. I apologized for not answering and asked if a phone call was attempted. "No, I don't have time for that." No attempt to reschedule. End of conversation.
    Okay, fine. You're not going to make me beg to give you money. If that's how a 3 minute relationship is going to go, I consider myself lucky to not have to deal with you or your business for any lengthier period of time. Good riddance.
    I give a "C" in Punctuality because I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt in assuming he showed up when he said he did, unfortunately it was for absolutely no reason.

    Manny's Property Maintenance LLC.
    I had a Big Deal offer for $300 for 8 hours of landscaping and yard care clean up.  They did six hours out of the eight and then they left.  They said they would be back to haul away trash and get me the rest of the hours on Monday but they didn’t show up and they didn’t call.  I had several calls from them later trying to arrange a time to come back and I haven’t had this opportunity to work on that project and expected it to be completed and it wasn’t complete so I went to others, I didn’t actually talk to Manny and I didn’t actually communicate with them because I didn’t know when I will be free.  They then came to the house and I discovered him loading up the trash into his cleanical.  He told me when he arrived that he was going to charge me extra to take anything away though it was service for clean up and it was a fixed price and I was not very happy with that but I don’t have means to puzzle things myself so I kind of reluctantly agreed that he would charge another $15 for every load he took away.  He was on the property without my permission loading this stuff off.  In the meantime I looked at his work and asked him to trim some bushes and some evergreen and he represented himself as knowing how to do it.  I told him I don’t know how to do it.  He did it and when he arrived he asked what scope of work I liked him to do and I pointed out that I had three or four bushes that were dead that I would like to have removed and I would like him to concentrate on the front yard.  He and his companion raked all of the pine needles from underneath the conifers where they had collected and they provide natural mulch around the base.  You can’t progress underneath these trees and I saw him doing that and I allowed him to do it and allowed him to take all that to my composite piles so he wasn’t going to charge anything extra to haul anything away.  After he left I went out and looked at the cleaning he had done on the trees and I had asked him to turn them into a natural form.  My landscapers had told this type of shrub grows only in the spring and he trimmed all the branches out and I wasn’t happy with the result because he cut away the green growing tips that were underneath the pine trees.  He cut away the budding part where you could expect to have re growth and then if you pinch back a plant at the curling tip then it will tender away the sprout.  I wanted these plants to look good.  It might have been okay to trim them if he had not cut the branches off on the side and now it is going to have a difficult time growing in the shade.  He should have trimmed the tip of the remaining green part so that they would spill out the branches below and he didn’t do that either.  It was a cleanup job and there was a little bit of a hillside on the property and lot of weeds had grown up in there and it was difficult to mow.  The house had been uncared for quite a while until there was a lot of undergrowth there and a lot of trash like beer bottles, candy wrappers and that kind of stuff.   When they cleaned up they did a good job cleaning up the vegetation but they did not pick up one single piece of trash.  They left it all out there for me.  I wasn’t real happy with that.  He showed up when he was supposed to show to haul it away for extra charge.  He said he owes me an hour but he owes me two hours.  I said to him I didn’t authorize you to be here to do this and I don’t want you to haul this stuff away and in the meantime I made an arrangement and had a change of plan.  I made an arrangement with a tree trimmer in the neighborhood to come by and chip all that stuff so that I would have mulch to put back underneath my trees.  I don’t know if it was lack of communication on my part because I didn’t talk to him a lot during the first visit.  What I wanted him to do if he were to come back is to go back and do the things that I can’t do which is to remove the dead bushes which I spoke about the first time.  I thought he was not great on experience and I was really, really angry when he showed up and started doing things and by the time I came to the door most of the stuff was loaded in the truck.  He could tell I was angry and he said he will take it off and they did and went away.  He is energetic and works hard while he was here.  His companion had a blower trying to blow away leaves in pine meadows.  I had to have some excavation last fall with some new grass sprouting and he took his blower and was trying to blow these pine leaves out of the brand new grass and the force of the air was digging up the grass and he was inexperienced, and we were not looking for this.  He was ripping up the grass very quickly and did it again and again before he had to drop his blower and get away.  I wasn’t very happy about it.  The people who are offering discount are not getting as much workers for a reason.  I want to be fair and I don’t want to crush this guy but he was hard working.  From his point of view he might be doing the right thing.  The shrub that he trimmed was a part of a lion of shrubs and it was not his fault but then I have to pay $100 to take them out and I don’t have any idea what it would cost to replace them.  They left me with huge bills for the work that did not get done and did work that needed to be done, I am not happy with the price.  I have three bushes that I need to pay somebody to get rid of and now I have to put the mulch back in the pine trees.  I think he was trying to complete the job and trying to give me at least most of the time I purchased.   I wouldn’t say he didn’t treat me professionally but he doesn’t know his subject matter as well as he should.  I know if I call him back and say you caught me at a bad time and I am sorry that we didn’t have time to talk and I would  like you to come back and do it and give me another two hours I am pretty sure he will do that.

    They arrived earlier than expected. They were professional and courteous. They did an excellent job on the mowing and trimming... The yard looked great afterwards! I'm having them come back to trim trees and for landscaping design. Very pleased with their service and I would highly recommend using this company.
