AAP Remodeling, LLCAfter having our basement walls reinforced with unsightly steel beams, we were faced with remodeling our downstairs family room, bathroom, and spare bedroom. We wanted to find an experienced local contractor who could not only complete all phases of the work, but explain options on the best way to do the job without breaking the bank. First we had to remove a drop ceiling, as well as, sheet rock and old paneling on the walls. We decided to go with with sheet rock on our ceiling instead of replacing the old drop ceiling. The new LED canned lights he installed look great and provide great lighting that can be dimmed or made brighter. We put up sheet rock walls replacing outdated paneling. The finished project, ceiling, walls, and trim look great! AP Remodeling, LLC was prompt and professional in everything they did. Best of all they completed the job within our budget which was less than other contractors quoted. I had seen other projects he completed for friends including deck work. AASPEN CONSTRUCTION SVC INCI cannot begin to say how pleased I am with the worked performed. Note: the pics don't reflect the completed project. It's just what I have on hand for the review. They replaced all the electrical and plumbing, tore out the old floors, leveled the bathroom (which was 2" lower on one side than the other to begin with), Closed in the sun porch that is now the bathroom, moved the bath from the current closet, and put the laundry in our closet. They custom build the cabinets in the kitchen and refinished the wood floors. I am extremely happy with all the work they did. Especially loving the potfiller and wall tap in the kitchen and the shower and huge soaking tub in the bathroom. The closet system is completely custom. They added the windows and re-insulated the space. Then they did the drywall. It is all so very well done! Thank you Aspen! We had a new bathroom installed in our basement, the work was done in a quality fashion and looks great. I was very pleased with how clean the work space was at the end of every day. ABull Run Kitchen & BathOverall it went very well. Covid19 hit before they could get started but as soon as they could they were here working. ABlue Duck Plumbing and Drain CleaningOMG! I was so happy with Johns work and his knowledge. He explained everything to me and was so polite and patient in helping me to understand what was happening. The tub, the shower, the kitchen sink were all clogged so, of course I am thinking we need to burn the place to the ground. BUT John saved the day... he had them unclogged in no time and assured me that the clogs were unrelated. Best money I have ever spent for peace of mind and no water issues. I had just put in a new kitchen and also needed the sink and garbage disposal hooked up... he took care of that too... even brought the disposal and saved me a trip to the store. Finally, I liked him so much, I let him fix my outside faucets too... one would not turn off and one would not turn on. John fixed everything and was so careful about working clean and not making a mess. He is my plumber for life!!- Linda N.

AAll Phase Group IncAll Phase leadership (Dave and Kathy) provided overall project direction and supervision of multiple subs, which required lots of coordination. The project included some surprises requiring regrouping, but Cuppy's were always on top of the issues, explained them clearly, and offered solutions. With all the plumbing, elect, HVAC work involved, and frequently working in very tight spaces, we were very impressed with the Cuppy's effort to coordinate all the trades. We have seen garages converted to living space before, and frequently will say to ourselves "Oh, I can tell that used to be a garage." With our conversion, we were very pleased with the finished exterior look especially, as you really cannot tell that it it used to be a garage. Given the distance from Indy, we were also initially concerned with not being able to visually inspect progress more frequently and ensure the right decisions were being made at major milestones. Those concerns were quickly put to rest when we saw Dave's attention to detail and finding the best solution to each problem they faced. We also got regular updates via email, e-photos, and phone conversations. These people definitely know how to make sure everything is done right, we had no concerns about any corners getting cut. Where there were hiccups on the project, there were always minor and immediately dealt with in a professional and competent manner. Their attention to detail and making it look and function perfectly was very obvious from the start. We spoke with numerous contractors before selecting All Phase, and we could not have made a better choice for this job. The finished product exceeded our expectations and has really transformed the space to be very inviting and quite livable. We would recommend Dave and Kathy and their crew for any remodeling project.- LISA SUE B.

ARenovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. The kitchen is the heart of my home, and results were incredibly important to me. I'm glad I chose this company to work with.

I highly recommend selecting Rob to handle your needs. The installers were professional, respectful and diligent. They worked hard under cold conditions. They were cognizant of their cleanliness too and swept up frequently. The fiberglass windows and doors look great and I examined them thoroughly. My neighbors have been complimentary too.
