DJayhawk GutteringThere are multiple reasons that I am unhappy with this company, and they claim it was all MY misunderstanding. I do not like the way that we were treated, and would not recommend to anyone I like. I also found out that the repair they claimed to have done could have been pointless as well since my husband tells me he fixed the issue before they did their repair. So truly they charged me $150 just to get up on my roof. Do not trust what they tell you, on the phone or otherwise.- Natalie M.

AWilco GutteringExcellent. The old gutter was removed and hauled away and the new installed. Because of the shape of the gutter and composition of the roof, special care had to be taken requiring extra time. The job was done perfectly and the price charged was the original quote.- john c.

AAlpha Roofing LLCWorking with Alpha Roofing and Emily was really easy. The estimate was turned around very quickly, and came in under the estimate from the insurance company. They worked with us on the installation date, delaying at our request until it was a good time for us. The installation was very quick; while it was noisy as they told us, it was bearable (dogs were in the basement den with the TV on). Clean up was great. Gutters were done by a subcontractor that was less than ideal; they did not call in advance, and they did not pick up roofing nails that fell out of the gutter when they removed it (luckily I found them before the dogs' feet did). That being said, they were quick, and they did take care of a rotting soffit at a reasonable price. Alpha used an impact-resistant shingle that our insurance rep said will reduce our premium. We have also noticed (or not noticed) that we can't really hear the rain on the roof anymore.- Jennifer S.

FJayhawk Guttering1 of the 3 rotted spots ignored and gutters hung from obviously rotted wood. 2 other rotted spots repaired with 1/4 inch gaps between existing wood and new wood filled with caulk. Owner didn't even know his own quote and refused to credit the inferior woodwork. Gutters work fine but now I have to take everything back down so the fascia can be properly repaired and sealed. Would not recommend.- Eddie H.

AIn2gutrsWe have used Mr. Prescott & his In2Gutrs crew for a variety of projects including installation of the Leaf Proof gutter guards (2 homes), roof & gutter repairs, & minor siding repairs. We have found him to be reliable & trustworthy. In2Gutrs is our go-to company for preventative work & maintenance projects. On a side note, during a recent storm I noticed a gutter appeared to be blocked. I contacted Mr. Prescott & he addressed the issue later that day.

AJayhawk GutteringIt was very convenient that we didn't need to be home while the work was being performed. I prefer to communicate via email and the office staff were very responsive. We did find a large nail from the old gutters in the yard after they left. The work was performed about five weeks after we received the estimate.

AWilco GutteringPhil was great! He came out and gave us an estimate and within a week he was here taking care of the job.
He gave us all sorts of options and even discussed possible things to correct for the future if we decided to do so.
One of things that really impressed me was when Phil found a Dove nest in the gutter he was replacing (with newly hatched babies). He cut out the whole section of gutter and relocated it (nest and all) to a nearby apple tree. At first we were afraid the mother would never come back, but we're glad to report mama bird returned this evening and all are doing well.

AWilco GutteringTo label Phil's business as gutter replacement is a great disservice to what he does. Unlike the many other gutter replacement businesses, Phil provides aesthetically pleasing rain water management solutions. He really is a gutter architect. He developed a detailed plan that included removing the "eye sore" gutters from our front porch and re-routing them for more effective rain water management and a significant improvement to our home's curb appeal. While Phil's bid was almost double the other two bids, the quality of his work and the finished product more than justified the added expense. Phil is extremely courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.
