AMeadowlark Windows & DoorsSkyler and team did a great job of helping us identify what we needed and then matching the colors our HOA requires. We have purchased different big name windows and doors on previous homes but the quality and price that Meadowlark delivered are amazing. We are very pleased with the results and I've just reached out to Skyler to replace another of our windows. They also repaired some problems around the doors that were causing water to get in.- David C.

He came out and gave us a detailed estimate that left no questions about what work would be done and the final price was right on the estimate. Joe's crew were polite and did outstanding work. All work was completed within the time frame we expected. We had one minor issue with the back door that Joe addressed as soon as we made him aware of it. AOur house was built in 1939. We really wanted to keep the window sizes the same and retain the original interior trim. We got estimates from other vendors in addition to Alenco. Alenco's estimate was competitive, did not pad the order with extras, and met our wishes in regards to trim and sizing without hassle. Installation was a breeze. Honestly, I don't know how the installer was able to everything he did in one day. He was pretty amazing (and nice as can be). Alenco had not been my first call when looking for a vendor, but ONLY because the home office is in KC. Don't let that deter you. There was absolutely no issue based on distance. They are big enough that Topeka was just fine.

AFantastic! Meadowlark spent time upfront ensuring we’d get windows that we’d love. They were very thoughtful in their advice and provided lots of great advice for us to rely on. Meadowlark was incredibly communicative between the initial meeting and installation. Installation went well. Overhearing conversation between the installers gave me more confidence that they were knowledgeable, detailed and thoughtful about each step. We could not be happier with the windows and process.

ARenovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. The kitchen is the heart of my home, and results were incredibly important to me. I'm glad I chose this company to work with.

FThis was our worst appointment out of 9 bids we had lined up. The rep that visited our home did not answer any of our questions or would only answer with a canned ‘marketing’ answer. He also made comments about how if we installed this window it would NOT increase the value of our home, which is something we hadn’t even brought up or asked him about. He also made some rather rude comments as well. Also, their bid for ONE window was TRIPLE our average bid from 8 other established companies and was the only one that did NOT include a window well cover!

ABeing new to this house, I notice the attic was lacking in insulation in many areas as the original installer of the insulation cut several corners. This fact was further accented as I wanted R60. I researched SEVERAL different companies and did not let onto my knowledge and experience of being a very handy homeowner; there is not much I cannot do around the house. Green Factor was the preferred choice even though they were not the lowest price, but they were the RIGHT choice. And yes, their pricing is very competitive. After hearing and understanding my needs, concerns and expectations, they did their analysis and provided me a list of options to consider, while also weighing in on the 'value' of each option. We agreed to have a foil-board (my verbiage, heat-cold reflective board) placed onto a knee wall while spray foaming all fan-light boxes in the attic, and ensuring all soffit baffles were clear and open. Insulation was also blowin in (fiberglass-like, not cellulose) and pictures were taken as the work progressed. This was valuable as I have a hard-to-reach cathedral ceiling area Lastly, they additionally provide a pre- and post home pressure test to understand the amount of 'sealing' was accomplished; ending pressure denoted approximately 1280 (sweet spot is 1200-1300). Their attention to detail, patience and approach is nothing but stellar, and I would hire them back in a flash. I've already recommended them to several friends and neighbors. I cannot be more satisfied or happy. If you are looking for an honest, hard working and quality installation, THIS IS THE COMPANY. THANK YOU Green Factor!
