AAP Remodeling, LLCAfter having our basement walls reinforced with unsightly steel beams, we were faced with remodeling our downstairs family room, bathroom, and spare bedroom. We wanted to find an experienced local contractor who could not only complete all phases of the work, but explain options on the best way to do the job without breaking the bank. First we had to remove a drop ceiling, as well as, sheet rock and old paneling on the walls. We decided to go with with sheet rock on our ceiling instead of replacing the old drop ceiling. The new LED canned lights he installed look great and provide great lighting that can be dimmed or made brighter. We put up sheet rock walls replacing outdated paneling. The finished project, ceiling, walls, and trim look great! AP Remodeling, LLC was prompt and professional in everything they did. Best of all they completed the job within our budget which was less than other contractors quoted. I had seen other projects he completed for friends including deck work. ANatural Breeze RemodelingIt took a while to get on the schedule because they are in high demand, but we are glad we were patient. They did excellent work, had the most pleasant and professional crews, and were considerate in scheduling indoor work to minimize the inconvenience to us. When we said we wanted a sustainable flooring option, they did the research and came back with a product called Moso bamboo, which is lovely. They cleaned up at the end of every day and, amazingly, did not mess up the landscape in the back yard at all. Billing was clear and timely. ANatural Breeze RemodelingOur Projects both went great! The deck project involved tear off of the old deck and hauling away the lumber and clean up. Everything went great on the project from installation of the new posts to the composite decking and new railing. The workers were always on time and they always did what was planned and were very clean in picking up after themselves. We have used the deck for 1 year and could not be more pleased. The painting project was the same way as the deck. They needed to replace some cedar siding and do some caulking before painting. Everything was excellent and it looks beautiful now and I am sure will last for many years. Thanks everyone from Natural Breeze. We will have you back for future projects.- Bill A.

APDQ Construction IncThe estimate was on the penny. The workers showed up when they said they would. They were done in the time stated and the did an excellent job of cleaning up. I did call them after the sealer was put on since it appeared that they missed a couple of spots. They came out within a couple of days and took care of the problem. Would certainly use their services again. They may not be the cheapest price, but they do a great job and it was worth every dollar I spent.- Nicholas P.

AWe had let our backyard go, and it was full of tall weeds. They came in and cleared out all the weeds, and put down new mulch to prevent future weeds. They also added mulch to our front yard areas. The gave a quote and performed the work just as we expected. I asked for a few more areas to be mulched after they left, and they gladly came back and touched up those areas for me. Very professional.
