APower Wash ProsI had that pesky green moss/mildew growing on the north side of my house and oil stains in the driveway. Tried and failed to remove them myself. Hired this outfit and, like fairy magic, all of the green stuff, gone! All but the most stubborn oil stains, gone! 100% improvements. Concrete was WHITE! ONLY $475 and no need now to repaint my house. Wow! What a bargain! Would hire again!- Scott D.

Ryan was very helpful when walking around to find wood rot and explaining problem spots to fix before painting as well as giving me options. I had multiple estimates and he found problem spots that other contractors didn’t look at. This made the estimate much closer to the final price that I think wouldn’t have been the case with the others. When it came to the actual job... the crew was on time every morning without fail. The detail and time they took to caulk every nail and seam was incredible. When the painting crew started it was the exact same case. The detail of painting areas and the quality of the job was beyond my expectations. In the end our house ended up looking better than we imagined it would and without a doubt they have the set the standard for what I expect every house paint job to look like.- Adam G.

We walked the house and everything was noted that would need to be repaired before paint would even touch the house. No other company brought up that attention to detail when I was getting my bids. Once we figured out a plan, Ryan was always in contact with me from when the prep work began until the final product was done. He won't even ask for payment until we are completely satisfied. That says a lot about a company. The three man crew we had at our house were awesome. The attention to detail was amazing and they worked extremely hard the entire time. Anytime I would walk outside to check things out, they would always speak to me and made sure everything looked ok. Each night the yard would be cleaned up and kept up very well. Even on the last day my wife wanted to make a slight change and they were completely fine about making it for us. They wanted to make sure our house looked the way we wanted it to look. I would 100 percent recommend Neighborhood Painting to anyone that wants a product that will last backed up by a great company that will treat you right.- Austin B.
