Queen Of Paws Boutique & Spa

He also stayed for most of the day and this shy-guy had a great time playing with several other canines. Plus, he was given a lot attention from the girls in the shop; lots of pettings and treats, too! They even sent us home with some dry food samples for our persnickety little guy. Queen of Paws truly is more than the typical groomer. It definitely is a spa for your puppy

    La Petique Dog Grooming Salon
They did a great job my little man was pretty matted up and I told them they could go short if they needed to and he looked good and was a happy dog when I picked him up. The staff was very friendly all around and attentive when it came to cutting details. Thanks

Any time I went in there, they always seemed like they were hung over and it felt like they hated their jobs. My dogs are skittish if I get their nails done and my chocolate lab was up there and I was standing outside just to try to make it easier for them and they had some kid that was totally inexperienced, took on the dog will who was very skittish and what he ended up doing, they were trying to hold him down and then the manager came back for wherever she was, they had to call her many times and she finally came up, and they were holding my dog and so it looked like he was being choked. He was just straining against that thing and then they cut one of his nails and he just screamed and blood was everywhere. The manager had everybody stand around him, so I couldn't see what was going on and she was trying to hide it and then I could see there was all this blood going on and this woman came over and I said oh my God! I don't know what they are doing to my dog, I think they just hurt him, there is blood all over, can you please go see what's going on because I have my other dog and I didn't want him to start barking. She went in there, came out and said don't worry about it, they just cut it a little too close and then they were in there working on him and so I asked somebody can you please go in there what going on, it's taking forever and they are not getting the blood stop. Then this little cashier came out and said well, they're going to have the vet come over and look at it because we are afraid it might need surgery or something. So they had the vet come over and look at it and the vet said he thought it would be okay, but if anything happens, to let him know. Then the whole staff goes over, the manager came out and she walked right past me like I was invisible. The little cashier girl came out and apologized and gave very good customer service, but the manager walked by me like I was invisible. I told her to come back here and she turned around and just had a real attitude and I said I can't believe you walked right past me like I was invisible, you could've at least apologized, where is your customer service? She just got on the defensive and was just being very curt. Then I got the name of the store manager and then the store manager called me back and I did talk to him and was actually like if your dog needs surgery, well pay for it 100% and he said that he sent that kid home because he was inexperienced and he shouldn't have been worked on the nails. Then he was going to talk to his grooming manager. I said well, you know, she didn't act like she liked dogs. The whole time she was there with my dog, she didn't even looked like she wanted to touch him, so it was pretty horrific.

I used them for six-week training. They just did a very good job working with my pet and if I can't stay for the class, they would make that class for me, I can come in another day and make class up. They have really good trainors, very caring and loving to the pets, so I actually taken my puppies there for doggie daycare with same group. I thought their prices are pretty competitive too.

    CANINE DESIGN
I had a very matted wheaten terrier puppy who had not been groomed in about 10 weeks. Canine Design was great though, and gave him an excellent cut. I wish I could submit pictures because he looks really good! I really like their set up because the dogs that are not being groomed can have supervised playtime.

They recognized jake's unique breeding and offered to NOT give him the ususal "mane" that many long-haired dogs get for Summer cut. Jake was calm, well-groomed and completely at ease. He looks 100% better this Summer than he did last year with bad groomer experience.
