Tracy initially came to fix a plumbing problem. Even though I have no proof I believe when he got up from the sink he must have used the door to get up and broke the hinge and splintered the door . He came back and took off the door and said he had to bring it to a cabinet maker. This took almost a month. He brought the door but it was too big which meant he had to leave with the door again to shorten it so it closed properly. The cabinet doors is white he came back with a oak door and he stained it brown. This door sticks out like a sore thumb that Tracy said his wife would object when I questioned him. He charged $150 for the door and $105 for labor which I got him to reduce as he promised initially. He was so inconsiderate that he walk in the apartment with snow on his shoes. Don’t Use Him is my recommendation!

My mower had little power. It couldn't cut even moderately thick grass without bogging down. I took it to another shop and they thought they had it fixed but it wasn't. Had the same problem. I then took it to Merriam. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate on what it would cost to repair. I gave them the OK to repair it and it works great now.

Guess they don't a telephone that makes calls to 800 numbers. They only can communicate with Ryobi via email. That was news to the two very professional women that I spoke to at Ryobi. I am not saying that they kept giving me lie after lie because I guess maybe I misunderstood them. But then again... As one of the women at Ryobi told me, TAKE IT TO HOME DEPOT FOR WARRANTY WORK.

First, they have gone to the wrong property for service by not listening to the service address requested. They don't have the software to store multiple address and have sent repairmen accordingly. Second, their phone service is terrible. Multiple cell phone calls were unable to establish a connection that worked. As a final result, I used a land line and it to was bad and after being on hold for ten minutes, I cancelled the latest appointment and will not use them again. Their service tech's are pretty good, if you can get them to the correct property.
