    Mudjacking Josh/JB Herrera Construction
Terribly. Josh Johnson vacated the project with incomplete work even though he was paid in advance as a deposit for upcoming work. Work that he did was not up to code and I had to pay to have it redone. I requested receipts and he replied the receipts are for me to keep. He left a pile of trash in the front yard despite being paid to demo the house. I met him at the property to attempt to resolve the grievance, at which time he informed me that he didnt have any money. I inquired about him getting a loan to pay me back for the incomplete service, but that never materialized. He later sent me a message that I have something for you, but when I messaged back that Im only interested in talking if you have my money, there was no reply. That was 10/14/18. I gave him numerous chances and ample time to make things right because I believed (inaccurately) that he was trustworthy, but these resulted in no resolution.

    PREMIER TILE
Matt, Caleb and team are fantastic. My husband and I (and my husband's parents) have worked with Premier Tile multiple times for different projects over the past few years and it has always been a fantastic experience. They are punctual, responsive, efficient and they never leave our house without cleaning up behind them. I could go on for days about how much I enjoy working with Matt, but in an effort to keep this review short I will just suggest you check out Premier Tile. You will not be disappointed!

When he presented the estimate (after three hours inour home), we were shocked. We had done our research on costs for this job. Their estimate was more than three times what we had found. We were so disappointed thinking that we would not be able to afford the project. We already had other estimates scheduled (they were the first, thus the A for responsiveness) so we didn't have anything to compare it to. Also, there was a 'today only' price if we made our decision before the rep left. I didn't like that at all and it seems to go against their code of ethics that they are quite proud of. To no surprise, the other two estimates were very much in line with what we had found in our research and we have selected one of them. I would never even get another estimate from Jericho.

Still going. Mr. Bridges and all of his crew memebers are professional and friendly. He is completely fair and genuinely cares about his work and his clients. I would like to hire them for decks and landscape.

    Remodel Masters
This is our third project with Remodel Masters. The first two projects consisted of having old front porches on each of our two homes removed and a new screened in porch built on one home and an open porch on the other home. The third and current project was the demolition of an old deck and the installation of a new deck on the back of one of our homes. This was a two step process as the old deck had to be removed and the house had to be painted. Last fall, Randy removed the old deck; we then had the entire house painted and this month Randy built the new deck. We very much appreciated his willingness to work with us in the removal of the old deck and the construction of the new deck allowing for the paint job to be done in between. Randy and his helper installed pressure treated support framing with support posts on top of concrete deck support blocks. We chose gray Trex for the decking which matches the gray Trex Randy installed on the front porch of the house. Randy also installed white PVC porch railing on two sides of the deck as well as post sleeves for the five posts on the deck. He also included five white post caps with solar lighting. My husband and I are delighted with our new deck; we appreciate Randy's attention to detail and his expertise in design and construction. As with the two porches he built for us, we believe we received top quality work on the deck and plan to enjoy it for many years to come. We plan to have Randy back this fall for a fourth project to pour a concrete walkway which will provide a path from the back door of one of our houses to the back door of our other house. We highly recommend Remodel Masters for top notch construction.

The people that do the job are good, but the materials they use are inferior, and they don't stand behind it. The flooring was suppose to be a shiny, wood, laminate flooring. I tried to wash it and it looked horrible. When I called them, they said it was my fault and wouldn't stand behind it. I had to take it back and replace it myself.

Their business model was if you sign now you get $2000 off. From now on, if I have something done and they say to sign with them now and get money off I will kick them out of the house. They will either need to give me the best price now or don't bother. I had to learn the hard way.

We agreed upon a time / date which would allow me to be there as I am paying for the remodel for my mother and live out of town. They indicated it would be best if I was there as they discuss the job in detail. They did not show up nor called to advise they could not make it. This is a Christmas gift for my mother who was very disappointed and discouraged we could not get the project started while I was in town. I understand things can happen - minimally, expected a phone advising they could no longer available.

    Handyman Painting and Remodeling
Turned out really nice and well thought out. Good craftsmanship. The cabinets were used so he had some repairs to do to a couple of them before he could install them. He had to customize one so it would fit in the space. Then he painted them. he did a really good job overall. I am quite pleased.

This was our 3rd experience with Christian, he first worked on fixing a problem with a clogged drain in our master bathroom, their was some problems with the way the plumbing was put in originally, he was able to find what was wrong and fix the problem. We then decided to remodel our bathroom, which was causing a leak into the downstairs bathroom.  We had 3 other people look at this prior to Christian, one being the original builder and plumber, and then another remodel person, they could not find the problem and the downstairs bathroom kept getting worse.  Christian found that the leak was coming from many micro-cracks in our soaker tub. Which he then had to tear out all of that and repair everything that it had affected between the tub, the wall and floor and ceiling to downstairs bathroom and unfinished part, it was a very big mess and Christian did a great job explaining what he needed to do to fix everything and keep it from mildewing after he got it cleaned up.  Ended up being a very big job, he installed an Onyx shower in master bath and tile floor in both master bath and downstairs bathroom, he did a beautiful job and we were very happy with the results and no more leaks.
The 3rd job, the 3rd bedroom/office we automatically wanted Christian to do the work because he had done such a good job with the bathroom remodel.  He and his wife Mary Ellen are an excellent team, and it was enjoyable having them in our home.  Christian listened to what we wanted and then came up with a plan and gave suggestion when he had input to help.  It was a very good experience, our house seemed to have a number of problems to overcome but he took it in stride and overcome them, even though they were somewhat frustrating at times and unexpected.
We have another project we want done and we will definitely be calling Christian to do the work again.

CABINET CLAD OF KANSAS CITY INC

The guy was great. He was very professional. He tried to work within the price range I gave him. I never used him. The company specialized in customized furnishings which is great but not for my project. I live in an older neighborhood. All I wanted was to clean up the bathroom, not really do an overhaul w/custom vanities, cabinetry etc. It wasn't the company's fault at all. Just basic (Lowe's) type of furnishings.. I felt bad because I feel like I wasted his time..I told him that. He was very kind. But if I ever decide to custom made remodel- I  WOULD DEFINITELY CALL CABINET CLAD 1ST.. W/O A DOUBT
