    It went well.  Everyone on the crew seemed very nice, and were HARD WORKERS in my opinion.  They showed up early.  One day when it was still dark out, and worked non stop.  I love my new sidewalk and wish I would have gotten it years ago.  He went over how I wanted it, and told me any pluses or minus's to what I wanted. Driveway looks great and Chad removed and hauled off some railroad ties for me for 75.00, which was a great plus for us.  Cleaned up everything very well.  It has not been long enough setting for me to use the driveway yet, but it will be nice.  Also used his bobcat to move my gravel in lower part of driveway around to smooth it out so I don't have any ruts in it like it did before.  Its just kind of hard to get a hold of him as he works on the jobs too, and they are busy, but if you email or leave a message, he will call you.

    The experience has been absolutely wonderful!!  My husband and I have accumulated extra stuff over the past 25 years, through 3 homes including a move to the midwest.  During that time, our children have moved and we have had several family members live with us. As a result, we have accumulated not only items from our homes but their things as well.  Our daughter is graduating college and returning home and we had absolutely no space to store anything.  I sent an e-mail to Tillar over a weekend and he called the Tuesday he returned, apologetic. We made an appointment for him to view our home and the storage unit, which he did at no cost.  After seeing all the spaces, he made suggestions and estimated that it would take him approximately 4 days for all the spaces.  He arrived promptly in his pickup as promised and got to work immediately.  He brought his own tools and purchased boxes for sorting and storing items.  We thought he would be directing us but that wasn't the case.  Based upon the description and agreement of what would be done, HE got to work and at the end of the first day, he had cleaned out the majority of the garage, sorted everything into boxes and labeled them with various categories (electrical, plumbing, cleaning supplies, etc.) as well as created a pile for us to go through, which included garbage.  He bagged the garbage, boxed the donations and recyclables and took it with him at the end of the day.  The next day, he finished the garage, started the same  process in our storage room and another bedroom that was turning into another storage room.  The third day, the process was repeated with the exception that we had plans and had to end his tasks early.
    My husband and I work from home and had expected to be deeply involved.  This wasn't necessary because once he had a plan, he did all the work!  At the end of each day, he would show us his progress and we would do the happy dance when he left!!!  Every area was organized with archive boxes labeling the contents.  Holiday decorations were placed in storage tubs we already owned and placed neatly.  We are seeing surfaces that haven't been visible for years.  We have started on these projects at least 10 times and have never made the progress he has in just 3 days. He is quietly brilliant at organizing.  He is respectful of our belongings and our feelings about them. After offering a suggestion, he does what we ask.  He has a number of suggestions about local recycling, donations, etc. that we weren't aware of and are very helpful.
    His fees are more than reasonable for the amount of work he does, and be clear that HE does the work!!  My husband made the statement that his cost is a great investment.  We are reclaiming not only space but our peace of mind.

    I set up the move through Justin. Because I had only a few pieces of furniture, he did not charge me the normal two-hour minimum, which I appreciated. Justin and another employee arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They hauled off a mattress and box spring for me for an additional charge.

    First of all, they did arrive late on the day whey were scheduled.  They called after their 3Oclock appointment and said they were going to be about 30 minutes late, which I said was fine. When they arrived, they examined what all needed hauled away and gave me the estimate of $199.00 to haul away the debris from my back yard and stated they could do it right then.  He had showed me a clipboard with a list of all the costs and pointed to and stated it would cost $199.00.  I gave him the ok to do the job and told him I would go thru the Angie's List deals and pick one that I wanted.  In the mean time, they called another man out and then came back to me and stated they could not do the job for the $199.00 and stated it would cost more.  They said they had grossly mis-estimated the amount that they gave me.  I told them that on the Big Deal page on Angie's List, it states that they charge by the cubic foot and then asked him how many cubic feet his truck held.  He didn't know.  He then stated that it would take two trucks, which i strongly disputed.  They then asked me to pay them $50.00 for what they had done at that point.  I asked him how much cubic feet they had loaded and they did not know that either.  He said that they were going to make this right and that he needed to go  back and re-estimate and was supposed to come back that following Monday at 10am and give me a good deal because they knew they had under estimated the amount.  He never showed and didn't call. I would be very hesitant to use them in the future unless we had everything in writing up front. I would not recommend them.

    We signed a contract with him in August to demolish a house for $9000 and gave him $4000.  He did not get a permit when he started the job so the city stopped him from working.  He then came back in January and said he needed another $1500 to continue the job and would have it finished in two weeks.   It is now 6/5/14 and it is still not finished  he will now not answer the phone.  I would recommend not paying him till the work is done.

    Joe - the owner, builder, superintendant, and local KCK guy - was great to work with.  He fits his motto, "No Job too big or too small".  They covered the details and worked efficiently even in the worst weather possible.  The quality was no less than expected, cleaned up after themselves, and were always polite with a professional attitude.  He did work for several neighbors and all seem happy.  My next concrete job will be calling Joe first.

    The two employees of College Hunks were punctual and made a quick assessment of the situation with a quick phone call to their office.  They returned enthused to do the work and got it done in an hour!  I helped them by lifting bags from crawl space opening to a collection point.  This aided them to focus on cleaning out the area and made their time more efficient.   
    College Hunks were very polite and were focused on their job at hand.  When they completed their work, I provided a wisk broom for them to get  dust and cobwebs off of themselves and face tissue for them to blow the dust out of their noses.
    I am a very happy customer because I have been trying to clean this area for sometime. 
    Great job College Hunks!
    I highly recommend them to anyone and will be contacting them for additional work.
