    Finished on time but spring was to short and came loose again in 2 months (should have been 10 loops not nine). How can a professional make that mistake? Recliner is 15 years old and old springs and clips show no rust. The new spring and clips used show rust already. I consider this a terrible job!

    You have to hunt down a person to help you in the store. Some sales people are knowledgeable, so are not. Delivery was fast and on time. They called me to tell me they cracked my bed during delivery. They brought the bed out anyway and set it up. I never saw the crack. Then someone came out 3-4 days later to replace the bed. He couldn't find a crack either so he didn't replace it. Very confusing on what actually happened.

    I had 8 dining room chairs that were in dire need of a makeover.  The foam was practically nonexistent because when you sat in them you could feel the wood frame.  I was given two different kinds of foam to choose from as a replacement. I chose the one that wasn't quite as firm as the other.  I already had fabric so I didn't have to purchase any.  They did a FANTASTIC job!  And it took them less time than originally expected.  My chairs look brand new and are very comfortable to sit in.  I couldn't be more pleased.

    This all started because I had a two-handle tub faucet that needed to be replaced.  I am a fairly savvy
    do-it-yourselfer. I have put in many faucets prior to this install. Nonetheless, I ran into several different challenges when installing this faucet. What challenges is not important. The point is, after working on this project for 3 days, I threw in the towel and called KC Water Heaters. I called them because my son and daughter-in-law had used KC Water Heaters and strongly
    recommended them.  They especially like Chase.  So, I called the company and Chase came out the next day.   After a brief discussion about my issue, Chase looked at my worked and told me that he would run out to his truck and solder a
    copper elbow for me.  So he did (in about 30 seconds :-).  He gave me the elbow and told me he thought I could install it myself, but said that I could contact him if I had any problems.  Now, what is especially wonderful about this is before Chase soldered the pipe, he had told me that his company didn't really do this type of plumbing. His company specialized only in water heater installations. However, Chase said he didn?t mind dropping by to see if he could help.  Well, I did installed the pipe and my project was completed successfully. The funny thing is a few months later, I woke up one morning to find a water puddle underneath my water heater.  Who do you think I called?  Of course, I called KC Water Heaters.  Again, Chase came out the next day.  After a thorough examination of the situation, he provided clear and understandable options. I did not feel pressured to make any particular choice and I felt like I was given enough information in order to make a knowledgeable decision. I was exceptionally pleased with the final project (Chase installed up-to-code plumbing and a new water heater). The install was highly proficient and he did a detailed clean up too.  I will recommend KC Water Heaters to all of my family and friends. Chase is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

    I was pleasantly surprised by how well the floor installation went using NFM.   The visit was scheduled quickly, and the contractor arrived on time.   They were courteous and made an effort to work quickly and to clean up after themselves.   The job was done in one day with no complaints.  The floor looks great, and NFM called later to confirm that we were satisifed.   I would have given NFM a better rating on price as I was happy with the cost of the wood and the installatio nprice, but I think that the pricing for quarter round and transition pieces is too high.

    e had that I could order) I told him that I was looking for fabric for one chair and had the fabric already for the other he said no problem when I bring them in we can go over a time frame that would allow me to continue to search to find what I wanted without holding him up, professional and considerate. I did not have the work done only because one of the chairs was to badly damaged from being in storage ( climate control was the after thought-horrid turn out), but when I find me another chair with the same or similar shape to the one that still needs the work he will be the person I go to, he was very affordable and really understanding to what I wanted/needed.

    They had a man come in and he did all the measuring and it was great.  They charged us $100 for the measuring but they gave it back without us having to ask.  They were mobbed when we went to get the samples for the final selection because it was a sale time and they had a specific carpet on sale.  There was a lot of people around and not enough sales people.  So we didn’t get the individual attention.  It was very rushed; it was at least how I felt.  We didn’t give them the final selected sample and so we didn’t get any quote.  We haven’t gone ahead with project because we got a puppy after getting all the samples.  We do a lot of business with them for furniture and everything.  They have made an improvement in my opinion.  Earlier they made it as hard as they possibly could when we did business with them.  But now it is way smoother and easier.

    I contacted them when I was having a lot of trouble with their microwaves.  The company I was purchasing from gave me a couple new ones but they still didn't work.  Frigidaire offered a 1 year warranty so I contacted them after the second microwave didn't work and they just bounced me back to the company I purchased from.  Basically, I called them for help and they didn't do anything.  I wasn't pleased with their customer service or how they handled the situation.  I ended up getting a different brand of microwave finally because the model from Frigidaire just wouldn't work
