  Cambria quartz is beautiful and the installed product looks great. However, I had to sit at home away from my job and wait for installers that didn't arrive for a total of three days over the course of the installation of my countertops and backsplash. The installers who were in my home were respectful and provided quality service. The scheduling staff from the Trendstone office were difficult to reach, didn't return calls to keep me apprised of scheduling situations, and, at one point, were downright rude. I placed the order through Costco and paid for the entire project up front which may have contributed to the lack of concern over my satisfaction. Once I contacted Costco and complained at their corporate headquarters, Trendstone became more interested in my experience. Too little too late. My time is as valuable a resource as my money and my time was squandered throughout this process. I wouldn't use them again.

  PREMIER TILE

  Matt, Caleb and team are fantastic. My husband and I (and my husband's parents) have worked with Premier Tile multiple times for different projects over the past few years and it has always been a fantastic experience. They are punctual, responsive, efficient and they never leave our house without cleaning up behind them. I could go on for days about how much I enjoy working with Matt, but in an effort to keep this review short I will just suggest you check out Premier Tile. You will not be disappointed!

  Matt was very easy to work with.  He worked with our schedule and was very prompt.  The quality of the work was very high and were pleased with the overall outcome of the job.  We would use All Over the Floor again.

  R & L Carpet, Upholstery & Restoration

  He started with my kitchen and after a bit had me look at it. I mentioned it looked kind of smeared on in places. He said it would wipe up easily after it dried in a day or so. He finished the work and after he left I saw a lot of careless smudges but hoped it would come clean. I think he could have been a lot more careful and neater. It does not look like a professional did this job. I still have not got it all cleaned and know he could have done a better job, making less work for me. If he can't do a better job, he shouldn't be offering the service.

  CABINET CLAD OF KANSAS CITY INC

  I bought a deal for $49 for a kitchen or bathroom design consultation but had them move forward with the kitchen and bathroom renovation.  They could've followed the schedule, and done a better job overall. We're still waiting for them to redo some work that was insufficient.

  Nick worked hard to keep the costs within our budget. I very much appreciated his flexibility in adjusting plans as we went in order to accommodate both my wallet and my wishes. The crew leader, Jason, was in touch with me daily. Except for one day when I asked them not to be here, workmen - from their own crew or subcontracted - were here every day until the job was done, which was within the three-week time frame we'd agreed on. They were a fun bunch, polite, and cleaned up after each day's work. They took pride in their craft. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

  Dean the Granite Guy

  Called Dean, he came out that same day to look at the job and give us a price. We got one more bid from  another company they wanted $5.000 more than Dean and that was without the new cabinet, She told me to go to Lowe's and buy one. The cabinets in my house are 3 in. taller than stock so I could not do that. Dean called his cabinet guy who was here within 30 min. Cazar assured me he could make the cabinet and it would match my 30yr. old cabinets.  A week later the 10 ft cabinet was installed. He even put pull out shelves in. The old counter top was removed, and the process begain to level out the old cabinets so the granite would fit. I was using a whole slab of granite so if the top was not  perfectly leval the granite would break. Cazar worked till he got old counter tops level with   new ones there was as much as 1/4 in. to level  in spots he came back later to stain cabinets and hang doors. When he got done It looked like the new cabinets had been there since the house was built, the colors matched perfectly and the routering on the doors were a perfect match to the old ones.
  
  When Deans guys arrived with my granite they were like a precession drill team. They had to move 1100 lbs of granite by hand up 4 steps over hardwood floors pick it up and lay it down without breaking it. They were awesome, at no time did I hear any foul language, complaining or anything unprofessional. They were
  Willing to answer all my questions tell me how to take care of the counter tops.
  I would recommend Dean to anyone,he was friendly professional always returned my phone calls. When l replace my bathroom counters I plan on calling Dean again.

  $49 Handyman

  49$ HANDY MAN  & LEAWOOD KITCHEN AND BATH WHERE BOTH VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT COULD BE DONE THEY HELP ME PLAN IT OUT AND IT WENT OFF WITH OUT A HITCH. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. Only took about a week, of course our basement was empty so nothing in the way so they could do what they had to. They did a full bathroom. They did a full tear out of the old and ugly tiles, a tub, and window.
  They put in new everything: a tub shower combo,  tiled the floor and back splash above the new sink and vanity,  new toilet , new trim all the way around, new door, and my favorite part the new window! No more cold drafts coming in... 
  LOOKS GREAT YOU COULDN'T TELL IT WAS THE SAME ROOM AT ALL
  Next to come a completely finished basement and I will definitely have them do if they are not busy..

  D & R Remodeling

  He was absolutely impeccable. I have never met any other like him. He does very minute tasks well. We have cabinets that the builder built, and the kind of hinges that the cabinets come with, are not available, and they figured out a way to fix the hinges so that we could close our cabinets. He didn't charge me for putting in the toilet seat. He is a very helpful man. I have hounded him, my daughter has hounded him about Angie's List, and he just looks at me like ''yeah''. There are lots of David's out there who didn't succeed at college, and so he feels he is nobody, but that is not the case. His price is very middle of the road, he charges $30 an hour, and we can't get Lowe's for less than $45 an hour.
