    We have had several homes where carpet was installed by other flooring companies. Seifert's was the most professional and polite installers we have ever been around. The work was done in such away that we were amazed at the results. The installers ask questions and made sure it was done to our liking from beginning to end. We will need other rooms replaced and you bet Seifert's will get the next order. As the old saying goes "You get what you pay for". We are proud of the way our home looks. Thanks.

    Fantastic! It's great when a contractor goes way above your expectations, from bidding to clean-up and exit. We were very impressed that they removed the toilets to make the flooring go underneath rather than around. They replaced the wax ring with a new one then re-set them perfectly. In fact, they even totally re-installed a new toilet at no added cost. Adjectives that come to mind are: professional, courteous, friendly and honest. They return phone calls or texts promptly and went way above and beyond for us. Cost was reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

    Rick showed up early and was ready to get started. I have white carpet and 4 kids so you can imagine the stains that were in the carpet. We are selling our house and I was advised by a realtor to recarpet before listing. Rick came out and removed virtually every stain and made the carpet look brand new. Our house had an offer the very next day!!! Thank you Rick!

    It went very well.  It was big job and we have large furniture like piano, organ, big lawyer’s desk, big side board and big mirror.  They moved all the furniture.  It was like a $100 to move the furniture for us.  The individual who did the stair was meticulous, it was beautiful work.  They have been cleaning our carpets for a long time before we decided to change the carpets.  I knew the owner and I have worked with him for a long time so I trust him.  I have a relationship with this company for many years.

    They were okay. I think they were pretty standard. They did have pretty good follow up. They had a person that called us back a couple of times to make sure we were happy after the service was done. The guys that came out to work on it were very professional. They took back some of the extra baseboards we had, and I thought that was kind of nice of them. We ended up not using all the baseboards that we had bought and they took them back to Lowe’s for us, and then Lowe’s gave us a refund on my credit card. So, they made it really easy and that was a good feature. I thought they scuffed the baseboards a little bit more than they needed to when they put the carpeting in. We have had carpets done before and I don’t think carpet layers are very careful sometimes about the woodwork when they put the carpet down. There are some kind of bad scuffs around the doors and stuff too, and I just don’t think that they were extremely careful when they were doing it. We had bought pretty good carpet so we have been pretty happy with it. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot on the service. We also got a new toilet up in one of the bathrooms and they arranged that for us through another company. I was pretty impressed with that. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot and I have to say I was impressed. They were good on responsiveness.

    They had a man come in and he did all the measuring and it was great.  They charged us $100 for the measuring but they gave it back without us having to ask.  They were mobbed when we went to get the samples for the final selection because it was a sale time and they had a specific carpet on sale.  There was a lot of people around and not enough sales people.  So we didn’t get the individual attention.  It was very rushed; it was at least how I felt.  We didn’t give them the final selected sample and so we didn’t get any quote.  We haven’t gone ahead with project because we got a puppy after getting all the samples.  We do a lot of business with them for furniture and everything.  They have made an improvement in my opinion.  Earlier they made it as hard as they possibly could when we did business with them.  But now it is way smoother and easier.

    Was instructed to replace tears/holes in carpet from puppy tearing at it. Missed two of the large size holes asked to repair. The major repair completed looked horrible. Personally had to complete the repair myself, as well as repairing the other damage that was "missed". Repairman also parked in driveway and leaked a good amount of oil, staining the driveway. Definitely would never use again!!!

    Carpet salesman was very nice and helpful.�� Carpet installers were very professional and did a very good job.�� Problem was with person who came to measure. He was very professional and nice but he made a mistake.�� I had specified 1 type of carpet for the main house and another for a set of steps going from a airlock entry to the garage.����I had told the salesman and the person who came out this. When the carpet arrived and the installers��were��installing it their work order��had the same carpet for the steps in the airlock and the steps inside the main part of the house.�� Since I had been very clear as to what I wanted, when��I��checked the work order I signed at the time of purchase��I just checked to make sure the carpet styles were correct. I did not figure the sq footage required for each and make sure it was correct.�� It was not,�� the measurer had added all steps together and ordered carpet based upon that. As a result in my main house I would have had a totally different carpet��going from the main floor to the 2nd floor while the remaining part of the interior was a different carpet.����At first Webber claimed it was my fault,��and it partially was since I did not verify the��details just assumed that what I had told them was what they had ��written as to the SQ footage of each carpet needed.�� They wanted me to pay extra so they could order more carpet for the interior steps.�� After a couple of discussions they decided they would not charge me extra to correct the mistake.�� They ordered the necessary carpet and installed it in about 10 days.�� I would use them again, ��but would recommend��anyone using them or any other carpet installer to make sure if there is any chance something can be mixed up or misunderstood that it is clearly defined on the paper work you sign. Just because you feel you have a clear verbal understanding does not mean you have one.

    I contacted Remodel Masters via Angie's List for an estimate on porch repair on a second home that my husband and I own. We wanted a new porch floor installed and the lower walls of the interior porch replaced. Randy Capone, the owner of Remodel Masters immediately replied to my email. He came out a few days later and provided us with a written estimate for the new floor and interior walls.
    Randy and I communicated mainly via email and he was very good at keeping me updated as to when he could begin work on the project. He advised me that he was currently working on another outside project and due to several rainy days, work on that project would be delayed, thereby delaying the start of work on my project. This was perfectly understandable.
    Randy advised me that he could begin work on my porch on August 26th. He arrived promptly at 9:00AM and began work. As my husband and I are retired, we were both on the premises when the walls and floor were removed. Over the years, my husband has done many woodworking projects (including building a small cabin that he and a friend use when camping). I state this to show that my husband has a solid knowledge of and background in woodworking and construction and is able to judge the validity of the information he is being given and the quality of the work that is being performed .
    When Randy removed the porch floor and the interior walls, it became apparent to all of us that the project would require much more than just having the floor and interior walls replaced. The house is approximately 60 years old and there was extensive damage to the wood that that the porch floor was resting on. All of that wood needed to be replaced in order to accomodate the Trex Transcend flooring that we wanted installed.
    Randy inspected the upper portion of the porch in the presence of my husband and myself and found additional damage to the wooden structure. At that point, it became a unanimous decision that the entire porch needed to be demolished and replaced. This, of course resulted in an increase in the cost of the project.
    Randy and his helper removed the entire porch and installed columns to prop up the roof. Per the city's building code requirements, Randy and his helpers dug four 36 inch footings. A building inspector came out to inspect the depth of the holes and approved that step of the project. Randy then filled the holes with concrete and left them to set up over the Labor Day week-end. He then returned on Tuesday, September 3rd and begain construction of the new porch.
    Randy used pressure treated wood for the deck frame and the vertical columns. My husband was highly impressed by the fact that although it was not necessary, Randy added stability to the porch by corner bracing the framing of the porch even though the supports are bolted to the concrete footings. He said that this shows that Randy's work is "top notch". Praise from him is praise indeed.
    The city required a second building inspection once the outside framing was completed, Again, Randy's work received immediate approval.
    Randy and his helper then installed the interior and exterior siding and then screened in the porch. While his helper did the screening, Randy built steps from pressure treated wood and attached them to the house. He constructed and attached a railing for each side of the steps and per the city's code requirement, added a grippable handrail to the railing.
    At this point, the third and final inspection was done. Again, Randy's work passed with flying colors.
    Although per our contract, Randy's work was finished, he was kind enough to hang a screened porch door that we purchased for the entryway to the porch and also installed quarter-round on the interior of the porch floor which gives the project a finished look. He also tightened bolts on a wrought iron railing which were loose. These three additional services were not included in the estimate and we very much appreciated Randy doing these extras for us.
    Randy and his helpers arrived on time each day and cleaned up after their work on a daily basis. All of the demolition and construction was performed in temperatures of well over 90 degrees. Randy did not sub-contract any portion of this job. He is the owner of Remodel Masters and was on the job each day doing both the demolition and construction himself with limited assistance. He answered all of our questions with great patience.

    My husband and I feel that Randy's work and craftsmanship is excellent. We believe that our money was well spent with him and that he truly earned what he was paid. We will definitely consider him for future home remodeling projects.E
