AGreat. The bidding agent was very thorough and patient with my questions. The bid was roughly the same as a second bid. On time and responsive. They worked well getting a great installations and left it clean, even taking buckets of clay dirt with them. Courteous and approachable. The sump pump had a battery backup which was included--the deciding factor.

FOn the day of the estimate, I received a couple calls asking if they could show up 20 minutes before my appointment. I work nights and was sleeping, so I missed the calls. Since I didn't answer, rather than waiting 20 minutes, they blew me off and went on to do other estimates on the other side of town. They would try to come back 5+ hours after my original appt. When I called them out, I got a snarky email that kept mentioning I was sleeping . . . like I was some unemployed guy spending his days sleeping. Once again, I work nights . . . for a major radio prep service, so yes, I was sleeping. I got to bed at 5 am. And once again, they blew me off because I wasn't available BEFORE my appointment. If this is how they treat people while trying to earn business, then I can't imagine the headache of dealing with a warranty issue. It's their loss, every estimate I've received has been between $18,000 - $26,000.
