    SEARS
Sears Home Improvement came to my house, the guy who came get some initial measurements & provided price quotations, and mentioned about a home improvement loan that I might be entitled, they asked me to sign some paper which i thought it was for the home improvement loans, but after a few days some guy from Sears called for final measurement before they do the job; I said hold on, because i haven't decided to get Sears to do the job, a sort of a misleading work by Sears Staffs, & i was very clear with the lady, that i was not decided yet if i'm going with Sears for the job; and that i have other 3 contractors that i have called up for estimates. the next thing i know that i was signing for a home improvement loan application, but instead the lady having me signed a contract to start the home improvement job.

    The Other Guy Appliance Repair
He had my machine up and running in less than 15 minutes. Sure saved me from buying another one. He advised me to hold onto my old machine for as long as possible since the new ones are not as long lived. I would highly recommend to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

    Sears Appliance Repair
It worked but the washer is leaking again. The diagnosis was wrong and the cure was wrong and I’m still having the same problem. I think they need to follow up with their clients to find out if all is well and try to make things right if it’s not.

    Turner Consumer Service
I was very impressed! He could have ripped us off, but didn't. He asked how long we had it and when he knew it was still under warranty; he said to contact the company. He was very honest. He didn't charge to come out.

    The Other Guy Appliance Repair
Tim was very professional and explained what was wrong with each of the ice makers and why they were not performing as designed. One replacement he had on his truck, the other needed to be ordered. The ordered part was received and installed the next day. Price was fair and the service outstanding. I'll definitely refer him to friends and use The Other Guy again.

    Bill's Washer & Dryer Repair
Bill was a great guy, and fixed our draining issue with our washer very quickly.  He knew so much, and you could tell he was passionate about his business.

I won't be calling anyone but Bill whenever we have any issues with our washer/dryer in the future.

    (Thank you!!)

R Mech Heating Cooling & Plumbing
Here is what I expected to get along with the flush and bid as per the description in the purchase of this Angie's Deal. $39 for a water heater flush and plumbing inspection Valid for one water heater only Includes discussion of the benefits of upgrading to a tankless water heater -DONE Checking water pressure -NOT DONE Checking that all faucets are operating properly. -NOT DONE Dye-testing all toilets -NOT DONE Inspecting all emergency shut-off valves -NOT DONE Inspecting all exterior water pipes and hose bibs - Done only because of getting pricing for swap to pex Inspecting all visible gas lines for potential damage; electronically testing for leaks -NOT DONE Draining and flushing water-heater tank -DONE Checking water-heater thermostat for proper operation -NOT DONE THAT I COULD SEE Confirming that water-heater flue is venting properly -DONE Inspecting water-heater emergency gas-shut-off valve to ensure safe operation -NOT DONE THAT I COULD SEE Check under each vanity for leaks -NOT DONE Clean Aerators -NOT DONE Inspect washing machine hoses, kitchen sink and garbage disposal system -NOT DONE THE exterior water pipes and hose bibs wouldn't have been checked if I wasn't getting a bid to replace all of the piping in the home. So other than the Flush and Drain, and a really quick review and subsequent bid most of these supposed included items for this Angie's deal were Never Performed. It was because of this I chose to go with another company (Murray Plumbing) to perform the swap out of all my galvanized to pex lines which I am thrilled with! Had R-Mech performed the tests listed on this agreement I probably would have used their services.

    A-Moore Service Inc.
He checked it our thoroughly and found a few things that had gotten stuck.  Did not waste any time, but got right to the issue.  Explained what the problem was and gave me a repair estimate.  Very friendly and detail oriented.

    A-Moore Service Inc.
Our 10 year old Kenmore dryer stopped working. The repair person showed up about an hour after we called. It helped that we lived in the neighborhood. The service was efficient, the problem diagnosed quickly and it was repaired in less than an hour. The service call was a little high ($79.99) and did not include any labor costs. We had a broken belt. It was a good experience and we were happy it was a minor fix!

    APPLIANCE DOCTOR
Our washer stopped in the middle of a cycle. We called John Smith of Appliance Doctor and he was able to come our really soon. Fixed it without a problem and was on this way. A fine, Christian man. Will call again!
