The only thing is that the part had to be ordered and sent to me before repair. Another scheduled appointment had to to be made to complete the repair. AAppliance911I had to fix a specialty refrigerator for Kimchi. Although the brand was rare, the crew came out thoroughly inspected it and fixed it. 7 months later, I got another problem but this time they couldn't fix it due to the part issue imported from South Korea. When it was apparent that they couldn't meet 1 year warranty promise, they reimbursed me for the value lost. I appreciate their professionalism even when things get tough.- Taeyoung D.
